Written and directed by Favreau, Chef explores the personal and professional journey of Carl Casper (Favreau), a chef who quits his prestigious Los Angeles-based gig and runs a food truck with his son. Produced for $11 million, Chef earned $44 million at the box office, and has since inspired a world of foodies, along with chefs who appreciate the film's authenticity and attention to detail.
