Fans of The Challenge are very familiar with veteran player Darell Taylor and his impressive performances on the show. Now, it seems his costars think the former boxer could teach YouTuber Jake Paul a thing or two. Taylor, who has been on reality TV for almost 20 years, started his journey on Road Rules back in 2002. He followed that up with The Challenge, where he has become one of the game's legends as a four-time champ. But his boxing record is even more impressive than his Challenge record.

As a boxer, Taylor was a serious competitor. He competed in the Lightweight category and won the San Francisco Golden Gloves competition twice. His record was 7-1. Even though his boxing career might have been a while ago, the 41 year old has been competing regularly in the grueling competitions on The Challenge. Jake Paul has an impressive record, but he hasn't been fighting the most intimidating of competitors. While Paul is unlikely to be willing to compete with someone in their prime, he might be arrogant enough to underestimate Taylor because of his age and how long he has been away from boxing. Challenge fans know that underestimating Taylor would be a bad move.

Mark Long

Long, often called The Godfather of The Challenge, seems to be the one who kicked off calls for Taylor to fight Paul. He tweeted this shortly after Paul's last fight. It's worth noting Long was able to turn a similar Twitter campaign into reality with his push for The Challenge: All Stars. Much like that campaign, Long has continued to tweet about a Taylor vs. Paul fight, and is still helping the idea gain traction.

Darrell Taylor

Taylor himself weighed in to let the world know he was down. Since then, he has not only gone on record as saying he's game for the fight, but he's actually pushing the idea both on social media and in the press. It seems he is 100% serious in his challenge to Paul.

Wes Bergmann

Wes Bergmann is known for his psychological game on The Challenge, and now it looks like he's trying to pull some of that on Paul. He weighed in trying to appeal to Paul with how a fight could benefit him.

Laurel Stucky

Stucky is known as a fierce competitor herself. She responded once to say Paul wouldn't dare take up Taylor's challenge. Here, she got right to the point with two words, "Goodnight Jake," making it clear how she thinks this fight would go down.

Zach Nichols

Challenge heavy hitter Zach Nichols gave a hilarious nod to the fact that old school Challenge stars like Taylor used to compete for random often odd gift prizes and still fought as if a lot more was on the line. These days, the cast competes for much more serious prizes up to $1 million, but the money is often split between a team. Either way, Taylor has proven he is not messing around, regardless of the prize on the line.

KellyAnne Judd

Judd, who is currently competing on All Stars with Taylor, seems to be feeling the way most of the public is responding – this is a fight everyone wants to see.

Derrick Kosinski

Kosinski, host of Challenge Mania podcast, is also on All Stars with Taylor. As someone who has proven over the years he's not afraid of much, he decided to call out Paul's silence as a sign of fear.

Jisela Delgado

Another one of Taylor's current co-stars who is also proving age is just a number is ready to go. Here, Delgado lets Paul know everyone is waiting on him.

Trishelle Cannatella

Cannatella, who was one of the first to go home on the current All Stars season, is interested in seeing this fight as well. She also made it clear what outcome she anticipates.

Cohutta Grindstaff

Grindstaff hasn't been on a Challenge season in a while, but that didn't stop him from weighing in. It seems everyone is ready and willing to pay for this fight. The only one yet to weigh in is Jake Paul.
