The Challenge's Moriah Jadea has alleged that Kaycee Clark broke the rules during the latest elimination round. Moriah and Kaycee entered the game with their respective ride-or-die partners, Faysal Shafaat and Kenny Clark. In episode 13, Moriah was sent into her first-ever elimination round against Kaycee's girlfriend of over a year, Nany Gonzalez. The elimination required both women to be attached to a bungee harness, which they had to pull against to lift a cover revealing five scrambled words. Although yelling out answers is usually allowed on The Challenge, Moriah alleges that players were told not to this week.

Moriah took to Twitter to inform fans of the alleged rule-breaking, stating, "They weren't supposed to help but kc helped Nany." Although Kaycee helping Nany wasn't shown in the episode, the editing on The Challenge doesn't always reveal the full picture.

Moriah went on to say that fellow teammate and Challenge champ, Jordan Wiseley, evened things out by choosing to help her. Neither Kaycee nor Nany immediately responded to the allegation on Twitter, which has many fans questioning what really went down during the elimination round. Moriah previously joined Johnny Bananas on his recap podcast Death, Taxes, and Bananas, but did not bring up the allegations at the time.

Moriah Acknowledged That She Was Fairly Beat During The Daily Challenge

Despite her claim that Kaycee broke the rules during the elimination round, Moriah previously tweeted that Kaycee performed well during the daily challenge on episode 13. Referring to the head-to-head match where Moriah and Jordan competed against former Challenge winner Kaycee and Chauncey Palmer in another bungee challenge, Moriah stated, "I didn't have the grip strength...great job Chauncey and Kc!!!" The tweet suggests that there are no hard feelings between Moriah and Kaycee, despite some fans insisting that the cheating potentially cost Moriah the chance at a final if her claims are true.

Challenge Fans Are Calling For Stricter Rules To Prevent Answers Being Given

Kaycee & Nany The Challenge

Players receiving help from onlookers during eliminations has historically been allowed on The Challenge, in most cases.

So far this season, other duos, like Olivia Kaiser and Horacio Gutiérrez, were given help during their elimination round by practically every other player watching. Earlier in episode 13, Faysal was also given help by Devin Walker, which ended up costing Moriah's team the daily win. Although giving away answers isn't against the rules, it takes away the competitive element of the show by allowing weaker players to skate by. The continued help is interfering with The Challenge's format.

Although it can be frustrating to watch, it can also be argued that receiving help from others during a challenge promotes the importance of a good social game. Those who have more friends in the house will likely receive help during their elimination because other players want to keep a close ally in the house. After decades of allowing the help, it doesn't seem like The Challenge is likely to crack down on the loophole in the game.
