When The Challenge: Double Agents premiered on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, viewers were introduced to rookie Gabby Allen. Although a newcomer to the MTV series, this is not her first stint on reality TV. Here's everything to know about the 28-year-old hailing from the UK.

Viewers were first introduced to Gabby when she competed on the third season of Love Island UK, where she finished the series in fourth place. After that, she competed in the 22nd season of Celebrity Big Brother UK, where she finished the competition in sixth place. After that, she wasn't seen on TV for a short while. She then became one of the rookies competing on The Challenge: Double Agents, and she is still fighting to win her share of the money as of right now.

When not competing on reality TV, Gabby works as a personal trainer, according to Bustle. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns, Gabby has not been able to have any in-person sessions with clients. This has caused her to take matters into her own hands and post home-workout videos on Instagram. Now, Gabby's account is full of tons of helpful fitness advice and easy at-home workouts.

Along with her home workouts, Gabby has started a separate Instagram page dedicated to just health and fitness, which she calls Shape Up With Gabby Allen. This page has over 25,000 followers and shows viewers a look into Gabby's workout routines and healthy meals. When it comes to her time on The Challenge, Gabby has been vocal about wanting to win the money for her family, especially after she lost her father to brain cancer. The money would be beneficial to help her family stay afloat, so earning her gold skull and securing her spot in the final is definitely something she has been chasing.

Although a newcomer to the series, Gabby wants to prove she is a force to be reckoned with, and not just a pretty face. She wants to prove to everyone that her personal training background comes in handy and that she won't back down without a fight. For now, viewers will just have to keep tuning into Double Agents to see if she earns that gold skull to run the final for a chance at the money. Will she rise to the occasion or fall flat just before the final?
