Like the first two seasons of Celebrity Big Brother, season 3 features an eclectic mix of houseguests, including reality TV stars, musicians, athletes, TV personalities, and others. While a few are legitimate superfans of the show, like Todrick Hall and Chris Kirkpatrick, others clearly don't know much about the game and are doing their best to make it through.

Interestingly, the players who are emerging as favorites both in the house and among fans might not be the ones that viewers initially thought. The game is fast-moving, however, so things can change on a dime.

Teddi Mellencamp

Celebrity Big Brother's Teddi Mellencamp

There isn't anything inherently unlikable about Teddi, but for some reason, she didn't quite jive with the right side of the house. When Miesha was put in the difficult position of being the first HoH who had to nominate two people, she set her sights on Teddi.

Despite Teddi having people in her corner, like Cynthia and Carson, she failed to win the hearts of the people who were in power. Teddi didn't stand out among this cast and also wasn't named among the best cast members from The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.

Mirai Nagasu

Mirai initially seemed like she might be the sweet and kind player who would be liked by all, despite being seen as an obvious physical threat given her athletic prowess. But Mirai made some bad moves from the get-go, including outing the HoH's plans, not realizing the news would get back to Miesha.

This was a critical game error on Mirai's part that soured some people to her. But beyond that, she missed the importance of the social aspect of the game, which was to talk strategy and life with everyone instead of only a select few. She did explain that it was tough to fit in with the others since she is much younger than them. Given that, her athleticism and the perception that she was playing all sides made Mirai target number-one.

Todd Bridges

Todd is the first one to volunteer himself to sit out of a competition, and when he was named as a surprise replacement nominee as the result of twist, he took it all in stride. He seems to get along with everyone in the house, with many viewing him as a television legend.

While Todd's attempt at throwing a competition when he saw that his friend Chris Kirkpatrick was the likely winner was transparent, he hasn't done or said anything in the house to make him a target. He might not be great in competitions or talking strategy, but he could be the floater who makes it to the end. Either way, fans love watching his don't-care attitude, like when he simply says "evict [this person]" during the live votes versus the full "I vote to evict.." statement that has become Big Brother tradition.

Cynthia Bailey

Cynthia might be the Celebrity Big Brother 3 houseguest with the most Instagram followers, but this outside popularity hasn't translated as well in the Big Brother house. While she is in alliances with a few people and seems to be liked by all, with everyone referring to her as "Miss Cynthia," she picked the wrong side of the house to align with.

Nonetheless, Cynthia hasn't done anything that would peg her as being one of the most interesting to watch on the show. While there's plenty of game left to play, she ranks more as a dispensable number as she does one of the most likable players.

Chris Kattan

There's something endearing about Chris, despite the fact that, as other houseguests imply, he sleeps most of the time. A comedic legend, his diary room sessions are funnier than many others, and he is seemingly unafraid of being himself in the house. One thing fans might not know about Chris Kattan is that he broke his neck during a sketch on Saturday Night Live, which might also explain his stiff posture.

Chris was central to a highlight of the show thus far when he was caught on camera, and by others, sneaking cake in the middle of the night. Despite Chris seemingly being ready to leave the show so Mirai could stay, fans hope that there's much more Chris to see, and that he might bring out more of his comedic talents as the show continues.

Shanna Moakler

Shanna could easily have been viewed as a villain before coming into the house, particularly given things he has said in the past on television, such as insulting Khloe Kardashian. However, she has proven to be kinder and humbler than fans might have expected.

Shanna gets along well with the other women and has forged strong bonds with players like Chris Kirkpatrick. She has positioned herself as a potential floater, even offering herself up as a secret spy for the other side of the house in a game move reminiscent of Andy Herron's back in season 15 of the regular season.

Lamar Odom

Lamar was completely open and honest about his personal struggles in the first episode. Fans who knew and even those who didn't know the details of his life admired his courage and strength. Others in the house also commented in diary room sessions that there's a lot more to him than most people realize, and that he's tremendously likable.

From strutting down the runway in costume during one challenge to wearing Todd's hot pink Crocs heels, to his subtle comments about wanting to make amends with Khloe Kardashian, he has made many friends in the house. Lamar has also been strategizing with allies, which makes him even more likable because of his willingness to truly play the game and try to win.

Carson Kressley

From the get-go, Carson was the most animated and friendly guest. The first to enter the house, he became the greeter for everyone, and instantly noticed that he knew a lot of people personally, which would give him an advantage in the game.

Mentioning in a diary room session that he tends to get along well with everyone in real life, that has been the case inside the Big Brother house as well. Carson is also likable because he's the most entertaining houseguest for viewers thanks to his ever-flowing colorful commentary.

Todrick Hall

As a long-time superfan of the show, Todrick plays like someone who has watched every season and knows how to play. Inside the house, his social game is among the best. He has rarely been considered to go on the block, was promised safety by Miesha in the first HoH competition, who has made it clear that she adores him, and has found himself in almost every single alliance in the house.

Todrick, who is one of the richest reality TV stars on Cameo, has the type of personality that draws people in. He's funny, charming, relatable, and fun to be around. So, it's no surprise that every houseguest has gravitated to him.

Chris Kirkpatrick

Chris is so likable in the house that he is even part of the athletes' alliance, even though he isn't an athlete. They all respect him and enjoy his company. While he is a superfan of the game, he is also reluctant to mention this to anyone in the house so they won't view him as a threat.

Those in the house all know Chris from his time with NSYNC. Because he knows how the game is played, he makes a concerted effort to get along with everyone.

Miesha Tate

Most surprising is that MMA champion Miesha Tate has become the best player and most likable person in the house. She has formed strong bonds with players like Chris Kirkpatrick and Todrick Hall and has proven herself a strong competitor.

While some houseguests don't like that Miesha is playing as though she is running the house, she hasn't, for the most part, gotten on anyone's bad side. Even when she makes difficult decisions that others don't like, such as wanting to send Teddi home, she has been upfront about the decision and has backed it up with the reasons why she thinks it's the right move. Unapologetic without being arrogant, Miesha possesses all the right qualities to make her a perfect teammate in the game, which makes superfans love that she isn't afraid to make those big moves.
