Many Pokemon from the Galar region is represented by its real-world interpretation of the United Kingdom. Pokemon like Toxel and Toxtricity are rockstars similar to Led Zeppelin and The Beatles. In the case of Cinderace, football (or soccer as it is known in the United States) is a massively popular sport in the region. Cinderace juggles a pebble with its feet and the momentum from this action causes the pebble to transform into a fiery soccer ball that Cinderace can use in battle. Even its animations in a battle for a celebration are similar to what people would do when scoring a goal. Here's how players can get their own Cinderace in the game.

How To Get Cinderace in Pokemon Sword & Shield

Pokemon Sword and Shield Scorbunny Raboot Cinderace Fire Background

Cinderace is the fully evolved form of the starter Pokemon, Scorbunny. At the beginning of the trainer's journey, they will select one of three Pokemon, Grookey, Sobble, and Scorbunny. These Pokemon do not spawn out in the wild, making it impossible to encounter. The only way to get a Cinderace is to fully evolve Scorbunny into Raboot then Raboot into Cinderace at level 35. Players can also trade with another trainer for a Scorbunny so they can train it into a Cinderace. There is no natural way to encounter one outside of selecting it as the player's Pokemon partner from the beginning.

A trainer's starter Pokemon is the Pokemon the trainer is likely to build the strongest bond with. From the very beginning, this Pokemon will join the trainer to help them build their team and accomplish their goals. Through the Isle of Armor DLC, Cinderace is amongst one of the Pokemon to receive a Gigantamax form. Its Gigantamax form places it on a giant fireball with its ears elongated and its arms folded. Rillaboom and Inteleon were also given Gigantamax forms with this new DLC. More content is scheduled to release for Pokemon Sword & Shield through the Crown Tundra half of the expansion pass. This includes new Pokemon, a new wild area, and new story elements for the player to enjoy. Pokemon Sword & Shield is one of the best-selling games on the Nintendo Switch.
