Starting back in 2013 with the first film, The Purge series has become one of the most successful horror film franchises of all time. With its fifth film, The Forever Purge, opening this year, fans are excited to see what is in store.

One thing consistent with the films is that they cast no real big A-List actors starring in them, meaning it gives plenty of up-and-coming stars time to shine. However, that's not to say the cast of The Forever Purge hasn't featured in any other projects. As audiences go to the movies to see The Forever Purge this weekend, some may be able to recognize a few people.

Ana de la Reguera - Army Of The Dead (2021)

Lead actress Ana de la Reguera has been active in Hollywood for several years now and has been in some prevalent titles. Most recently, however, Ana de la Reguera starred in Zack Snyder's Army Of The Dead (2021), which is currently available to stream on Netflix. Starring as Maria Cruz, Ana's character is a mechanic, who is part of Scott Ward's (Dave Bautista) team who tries to infiltrate Las Vegas's remains.

Josh Lucas - Ford v Ferrari (2019)

Playing Dylan Tucker was Josh Lucas, who has been around Hollywood for quite some time. One of his more recent films was James Mangold's Ford v Ferrari, where Josh plays Leo Beebe, who was Ford's director of special vehicles and PR specialist.

The film is based on the true story of the historical race between the Ford company and Ferrari at the 24 Hours of Le Mans back in 1966.

Playing Caleb Tucker in The Forever Purge, Will Patton has been working in Hollywood for decades. Comic-book fans may mainly recognize Patton from the television series Swamp Thing (2019), where he played Avery Sunderland, a prominent businessman in Louisiana.

While in public, he gives back to the community and looks to be a good man, he is, in fact, a merciless businessman willing to do whatever it takes to make money. Although the show had been canceled in 2019, fans are still hoping that it will get a renewal to see how Patton and the other characters' storylines end.

Cassidy Freeman - The Righteous Gemstones (2019 - Present)

Cassidy Freeman plays Cassie Tucker in The Forever Purge. Having been active since the early 2000s, Freeman may be recognizable to some fans as Amber Gemstone in HBO's The Righteous Gemstones (2019). The comedy follows a famous televangelist family filled with greed, crime, and everything else in between.

Freeman also appeared as Tess Mercer on Smallville, the half-sister of the villainous Lex who would often be seen helping Clark and crew on their adventures.

Verónica Falcón - Ozark (2017-2021)

Verónica Falcón has had a successful career in both Mexico and the United States; in The Forever Purge, she plays Lydia.

Fans may recognize her from the Netflix series Ozark (2021), where she played Camila Elizonndro, sister to the drug cartel leader Omar Navarro. Ozark is about a financial advisor who uproots his family from Chicago to the Ozark mountains to launder money for a drug boss. For those who like thrillers and suspenseful dramas, Ozark certainly has plenty of big twists to keep viewers occupied.

Levin Rambin - The Hunger Games (2013)

Playing Harper Tucker in The Forever Purge, Levin Rambin also made an appearance in the movie. However, this isn't her first big role as she's been active in Hollywood since the early 2000s.

Fans may recognize Levin as the character Glimmer from the first installment of The Hunger Games (2012). The film franchise is set in a dystopian future where all that is left in the states are 12 districts, who are forced to enter two individuals into the annual Hunger Games as penance for a revolution years prior. Levin also had a main role in Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters (2013) as Clarisse La Rue.

Tenoch Huerta - Narcos: Mexico (2018 - Present)

Tenoch Huerta plays Juan in The Forever Purge, but audiences may recognize him as Rafael Caro Quintero in the Netflix hit show Narcos: Mexico (2018).

The series centers around the rise of the Guadalajara Drug Cartel. The DEA agent, Walt Breslin (Scoot McNairy) soon learns the consequences of targeting the drug cartel quickly.

Susie Abromeit - Jessica Jones (2015 - 2019)

In The Forever Purge, Susie Abromeit plays Mrs. Hardin, but comic-book fans may recognize Abromeit from the Netflix show Jessica Jones (2015).

In the Marvel series, Krysten Ritter plays the lead character Jessica Jones, a woman with superhuman strength who works as a private investigator in New York City. Abromeit plays Pam, a former secretary and client whose life is put under tremendous strain by her boyfriend's ex-wife.

Alejandro Edda - Fear The Walking Dead (2016 - Present)

Alejandro Edda is the guy who played T.T in the movie. However, some viewers might be able to recognize Edda due to the fact that he appeared on AMC's Fear The Walking Dead, where he played Marco Rodriguez in the first four episodes of season 1. The series is a spinoff off of AMC's megahit, The Walking Dead, which follows several families in Los Angeles making their way through the zombie apocalypse.
