Brie Larson is back with yet another intense Captain Marvel 2 workout that proves she is the strongest Avenger. Larson first joined the MCU in 2019 when she took on the titular role of Carol Danvers in Captain Marvel. She returned to face Thanos alongside earth's mightiest heroes in Avengers: Endgameand she will return to the MCU again in the upcoming Captain Marvel sequel, The Marvels.

The Marvels has already begun filming and is set to release in November of 2022. Larson will be reprising her role as Captain Marvel and will star alongside Teyonah Parris' Monica Rambeau and Iman Vellani's Ms. Marvel. Parris' Rambeau was introduced in WandaVision earlier this year, effectively setting up The Marvels to tie into MCU's phase 4. Meanwhile, Larson has been training tirelessly for her Captain Marvel return for months, sharing her exercises in a series of videos that might just put an end to the debate of whom the strongest Avenger is.

Larson took to Instagram with another grueling exercise to continue her series of Captain Marvel 2 training videos. Since her MCU debut, she has long been a contender for the title of the "Strongest Avenger," and her training videos have certainly given her an edge in the debate. In her latest video, she powers through her pain to complete an extremely difficult exercise that required some important recovery afterward.
