Warning! Spoilers ahead for Moon Knight episode 3.

With three episodes to show off his powers, it's fair to wonder if anything or anyone in the MCU could truly kill Moon Knight. While Marc Spector (Oscar Isaac) has always been a brutal and resilient vigilante in the pages of Marvel Comics, the MCU takes things further by amping up his healing abilities thanks to the Egyptian god of the moon Khonshu. Seeing as how Moon Knight has thus far suffered a good number of beatings and wounds that should have been lethal, Spector seems to be practically invincible. It's possible he can't be stopped as Khonshu's avatar and Fist of Justice.

In Moon Knight episode 3, Marc Spector goes to Cairo in an attempt to prevent Ethan Hawke's Arthur Harrow from resurrecting the goddess Ammit. While Marc is in control of his body once more, Marc's alternate identity (or alter) Steven Grant is continually fighting him. Furthermore, there's also a potentially more violent alter that has yet to be revealed. Khonshu also reminds Marc that he needs the moon god's ceremonial healing armor to face Harrow, a fact which is proven in more ways than one by the episode's end.

Finding a new method to locate Ammit's tomb, Marc and his ex-wife Layla (May Calamawy) get themselves into a brawl with Anton Mogart (Gaspard Ulliel) and his men. During the battle, Moon Knight was run through with multiple spears that would have killed a normal man. However, Marc is able to shake off the seemingly lethal wounds almost immediately thanks to Khonshu's armor. As such, Moon Knight's healing factor in the MCU is seemingly on par with Wolverine and Deadpool. Based upon the conflicts seen thus far, it seems as though nothing can kill Moon Knight so long as he has the armor and powers granted to him by Khonshu.

Moon-Knight-Rapidly-Heals-From-Stabbing-In-Episode-3

While Khonshu has resurrected Marc Spector a handful of times in the comics, this kind of rapid healing factor being displayed in the MCU series is on a whole new level. Superpowers in general for the vigilante is a concept that has come and gone depending upon the will of Khonshu, the particular story being told, and especially the writer penning his story at the time. That said, the MCU's Moon Knight is clearly one that is superpowered so long as he's connected to Khonshu.

As a result, it seems fitting that the Egyptian pantheon of gods known as the Ennead imprisoned Khonshu in stone after he shifted all of the stars in the night sky. This led to Moon Knight losing his powers from Khonshu and the healing armor he provided by the episode's end. While the MCU version of Moon Knight was seemingly invincible, he can now be killed as easily as anyone else. As such, a rescue mission to save Khonshu feels like a necessity in the episodes of Moon Knight that are still to come if Marc, and Steven, want to survive their final showdown with Harrow and his sycophants.
