At the helm of the platform is rock-star comedian Kevin Hart, whose social media savviness coupled with an apparent desire for comedy domination has now bridged television and online humor. Big names and newcomers alike are breaking through with Laugh Out Loud’s original programming, including content from GloZell, King Bach, Emmanuel Hudson, DC Young Fly, Draya Michelle, David So, Timothy DeLaGhetto, Anjelah Johnson, and many more. Hart has curated the featured talent through LOL showcases at events, like the world's top comedy festival "Just for Laughs."
You might recognize a familiar face amongst the ranks (wink wink). Screen Rant’s own Ryan George co-created, co-wrote and co-stars with his team at Moving Mind Studio (his partners in comedy Samuel Brisson and Brandon Calder) in an eight episode series called Campus Law. The series follows three recent college graduates who decide to get jobs as security guards on their former campus. Campus Law was greenlit by Hart at the Laugh Out Loud Presents: Just for Laughs Eat My Shorts pitch session during the 2016 JFL comedy festival.
