Now, Bulma's iconic first costume from the series is getting an awesome cosplay recreation courtesy of @ohholyhell, who brings her pink ensemble to life with the outfit's key details included.
Bulma first appeared in Chapter 1 of Dragon Ball by Akira Toriyama, as she was the first human girl Goku ever encountered. She explains to Goku the truth behind the Dragon Ball he inherited from his grandfather while revealing that whoever has all seven of them will be able to grant wishes from the dragon it summons. Bulma would join Goku on his adventures and become one of his closest allies. Her scientific prowess would be on display throughout their stories. In later series, Bulma married Vegeta and is the mother to both Trunks and Bulla. Ultimately, Bulma is one of the most important characters in the entire Dragon Ball universe.
On her Instagram account, @ohholyhell shared her take on Bulma's classic outfit. The costume, which the character wore in the earliest chapters of Dragon Ball, features Bulma's colorful style choices. Included in the cosplay is Bulma's t-shirt with her name written on the front, a belt with a bright holster on it, her one red glove, a pink skirt, a small neck scarf, and a braided ponytail. The outfit is accurate from the character's portrayals in the Dragon Ball series.
Bulma's original outfit is one of her most iconic looks, as it's the ensemble that many manga and anime fans were first introduced to with the character. However, she's had more than 20 different outfits over the years, including her bunny costume, her more casual look in Dragon Ball Super, or her red dress ensemble from the Buu Saga of Dragon Ball Z. While those outfits are all great, Bulma's classic costume is unquestionably one of her best looks ever.
With the cosplay, @ohholyhell did a solid job bringing the Dragon Ball character to life and recreating her colorful, classic outfit.
