Snaktooth Island has a lot for players to do after they finish Bugsnax's main storyline, and luckily players can continue to play on the same save after they have beaten the game. After players have beaten the game, they can enter the same save file and will start right before they talk to Filbo to start the main mission. This allows players to beat the game over and over again while also making progress towards completing the game 100%.

But what should players do after they beat the game? While many players will complete Bugsnax's main storyline and call it quits, there is still a lot to experience. From catching Bugsnax, to completing storylines, to getting that sweet sweet platinum trophy; Bugsnax has a lot of additional content to offer its players. This guide will help players figure out what they should do next after figuring out the dark secrets of Snaktooth Island...

Complete Sidequests in Bugnax

Sidequests are optional tasks in Bugsnax that aren't necessary to complete before beating the game's storyline. However, they add a lot of stories and some pretty fun quests to the game. Also, players will get to help the Grumpuses work out their character flaws while building personal relationships with each one. While the main storyline is pretty interesting, the game's sidequests can be far more rewarding.

As well, completing sidequests are the only way players can catch certain Bugsnax. There are various bosses such as the Mothza Supreme and Mega Mahi that can only be encountered via side questing. Various sidequests end in super fun and unique boss battles that can't be experienced otherwise. Also, completing sidequests has a minor effect on the outcome of the game's storyline.

Catch All The Bugsnax

This one may be a no-brainer, but players should definitely seek out and catch all 100 different Bugsnax. As mentioned prior, this will require the player to finish certain sidequests, but some captures are very rewarding. As well, players should attempt to find and catch every Bugsnax without help. Each Bugsnax offers its own unique puzzle for players to solve, and little compares to the feeling of accomplishment when a player figures out how to summon a Waffstackarak.

Transform All Of Bugsnax's Grumpuses

For players who have played through the game and have uncovered the secrets of Snaktooth Island... this one may seem evil or counterproductive. However, it's a lot of fun to customize each Grumpus. Especially the ones who consume the boss Bugsnax as they will have unique appearances that can't be replicated. It is also quite funny to make every inhabitant of Snaxburg look identical in the most ridiculous way. Of course, changing every Grumpus' appearance will also help with the next portion of this guide.

Get The Bugsnax Platimun Trophy

There aren't too many achievements in Bugsnax, but they are all worth completing. In doing the previous activities, players will have already gained a few trophies. There are also some pretty unique hidden trophies that can be found by messing around with sleeping Grumpuses or taking photos of mythical creatures. It doesn't take too long to platinum Bugsnax, but it is definitely worth every moment.
