Brie Larson and Scarlett Johansson both sported Infinity Stone-inspired jewelry to the premiere of Avengers: Endgame. In Avengers: Infinity War, the Infinity Stones are six gems that each represent a specific aspect of existence that gives those who hold them the power over that particular thing. For example, the time stone gives one control over time, while the reality stone gives power over reality. In Infinity War, the Mad Titan Thanos goes on a hunt to collect all six stones to provide him with dominion over the universe: he eventually possesses this power that allows him to kill off half the universe's population with a snap of his fingers.

In Avengers: Endgame, the Avengers are dealing with the fallout from Thanos' snap. Not only is half the universe gone, but half of their team is gone as well. The film will wrap up the Thanos storyline with the Avengers, hopefully with them figuring out how to defeat the Mad Titan once and for all and fixing the damage he created. Fans are already lining up to see what could potentially be the biggest movie of the year, if not of all time, with presale tickets already past the $120 million mark. Fans shouldn't be disappointed either: early reactions to the movie are overwhelmingly positive, with many fans and critics referring to the film as "epic."

The Infinity Stones live on, though, regardless of what happens in Endgame. Bustle editor Emma Lord and THR tweeted that two of the stars of Endgame (Larson, who portrays Captain Marvel, and Johansson, who portrays Black Widow) wore jewelry inspired by the Infinity Stones. Larson sported a cuff bracelet with a large gem, as well as rings on all five fingers with different-colored gems. Johansson wore something similar, with six different-colored jewels. Take a look, below.

Larson is still coming off the high of the release of her character's solo movie, Captain Marvel, which surpassed $1 billion at the worldwide box office, breaking records for the film. Her character will carry the Marvel Cinematic Universe into its next phase, Phase 4, which officially begins after Spider-Man: Far From Home. Johansson is gearing up for a Black Widow solo movie, although early reports suggest that her character is more important in Endgame than anyone realizes.

Larson and Johansson's appearance on the red carpet with their Infinity Stone-inspired jewelry shows that these are two women who are confident in carrying the MCU into the future, and its next phase beyond Endgame.
