In The Boys universe, with so many twisted and messed up superheroes, perhaps none is more of an antithesis of what a hero should be than Stormfront. The character is a product of the Nazi regime and isn't afraid to share their sinister influence. In the comics, Stormfront was defeated in a gruesome and grotesque manner.

In The Boys comic co-created by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, Stormfront is the first Supe ever made via Compound V. Raised by literal Nazis, Stormfront would later be sent to the United States where he took on a publicly heroic role. Despite becoming a mainstream hero, Stormfront remained wildly racist, homophobic, and an all-around bigot who still held loyalty to the Nazi regime. The character was gender-flipped on the Amazon television series (played by Aya Cash), but retained their Nazi values and racist attitudes. While Stormfront was taken down (yet survived) an attack by Ryan Butcher, in the comics, they aren't so lucky.

In the comics, Stormfront is part of the superteam Payback alongside Soldier Boy and a handful of other second-tier heroes. Like on the television series, Stormfront loses an eye - with the Female ripping it out instead of Becca stabbing her with a knife. However, in an ensuing fight with the Boys, Stormfront is brutally beaten to death. After nearly killing Butcher, Mother's Milk and Frenchie hit him with baseball bats. That's when the Love Sausage comes in and kicks him to the ground. Bloodied and beaten, the Boys (and Love Sausage) curb stomp Stormfront until his head is kicked in and his brain is pouring out of his skull.

Stormfront beaten up in The Boys comic

Unlike the television series, where Stormfront somehow survived her near-death experience, the stomping in the comics proved to be the end for the character. The Boys successfully killed the Supe with some baseball bats, a hilarious hero by their side, and their boots. It's a disgustingly gruesome ending for Stormfront which is absolutely deserved considering all the heinous things they had done. The scene was even adapted on the show, albeit with much less bloody results.

Keeping Stormfront alive on the show makes sense. Aya Cash's performance and her connection to Homelander makes her a viable threat in The Boys universe. In the comics, Stormfront was more or less just a bad dude who did bad things who was more villain of the week than a tangible, long-term threat. Killing him made sense. In The Boys fashion, his death was needlessly violent and extraordinarily graphic.
