A Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild player found that a member of the infamous Yiga clan can steal the One-Hit Obliterator DLC weapon from Link. Nintendo's four-year-old video game remains popular due to its replay value -influenced by its non-linear story and its open world. Fans of the game still find playing Breath of the Wild  to be an enjoyable experience, especially when it comes to discovering new quirks about the game like this player who gave Link a terrible sunburn in Breath of the Wild.

Appearing first as disguised assassins tailing Link on his Breath of the Wild journey, the Yiga clan's ultimate mission is to defeat all who go up against Calamity Ganon. The player learns more about the elusive clan once they infiltrate their base in the Gerudo Wasteland. Members of the Yiga clan constantly steal items from the Gerudo Tribe - evidenced by their possession of gems and the Gerudo Tribe's Thunder Helm in the Yiga clan's hideout. With a love of stealing, it comes as no surprise that members of the Yiga clan often steal items from the player. In fact, the Yiga clan can even steal the Master Sword from its resting place in the Korok Forest. Now, it seems that the Yiga clan can also steal another highly-valued item.

In a video shared to Reddit by user ThornyFox, a Yiga clan member can be seen taking the One-Hit Obliterator DLC weapon away from Link. ThornyFox first had to lure the Yiga clan member out of the Yiga hideout (only Yiga members from the hideout steal items). After luring the enemy across the area and into the Shrine of Resurrection, ThornyFox's Link hides behind a wooden crate. Once the Yiga member spots the One-Hit Obliterator, they steal it. The full time-lapsed video is also on ThornyFox's YouTube channel.

The One-Hit Obliterator is arguably the most powerful weapon in Breath of the Wild, rivaling the Master Sword. ThornyFox previously proved that the Yiga clan can steal the Master Sword, and now they have discovered that the clan can even take the One-Hit Obliterator. But without both a Master Sword and the DLC's One-Hit Obliterator, one wonders how ThornyFox will complete the DLC mission.

As fans continue to replay Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, there are bound to be more quirks found. This is especially the case with enemy NPCs. One can only assume that the upcoming BOTW sequel will be just as capable of repeated play.
