Tina Belcher’s awkward first attempt at driving was remade into a hilarious Bob’s Burgers-themed Spotify playlist. This hit animated series follows the day-to-day lives of the Belcher family. This family of five consistently finds themselves in trouble, with parents Bob and Linda running the family restaurant and the kids - Tina, Louise, and Gene - frequently facing problems at school. With a show as popular as Bob’s Burgers, there are countless clips that float around on social media and are instantly recognizable to the series for its unique comedic style and skilled cast.

One of the most popular soundbites from Bob’s Burgers appears in season 3 episode 7, “Tina-Rannosaurus Wrecks.” Tina is given the chance to drive her Dad’s car after a successful shopping trip. As this is usually an exciting, though daunting experience for first-time drivers, Tina becomes quickly overwhelmed, even with her father’s guidance. Tina’s signature anxiousness grows, highlighting her nerves as she gets behind the wheel. Despite the nearly empty car park, Tina manages to drive directly into the back of the only other vehicle in sight.

Using the script from the episode, a Spotify playlist was created and posted to the Bob’s Burgers official Instagram. This is part of a popular social media trend where fans will recreate their favorite scenes from TV shows and movies with Spotify playlists. This playlist uses song titles to recreate the “Tina-Rannosaurus Wrecks” clip dialogue, resulting in a 5-hour and 29-minute playlist. A screen recording of this was posted on the show’s social media, attached to the audio of Tina’s first time behind the wheel over the top as the video scrolls down the playlist. It has been over 12 years since Bob’s Burgers first aired, and the series has enjoyed immense success, accumulating a large fanbase along the way. A talented cast has helped shape the loveable Belcher Family, made up of H. Jon Benjamin, John Roberts, Dan Mintz, Kristen Schaal, and Eugene Mirman. The continued support for this animated series has contributed to its lengthy series run, with 12 seasons and a recent cinematic debut.

Bob’s Burgers is now approaching season 13, and fans have seemingly yet to tire of the series. Regardless of all the new Bob’s Burgers content available, the older episodes are not overshadowed, as viewers clearly still hold them dear. This became evident as in the decades since the clip of Tina’s anxiety-riddled attempt at driving first aired it has yet to lose its charm, and fans are still finding inventive ways to interact with Bob’s Burgers.
