Welcome to Bob's Burgers! An all-American, family owned burger joint run by the Belchers. Bob's Burgers first aired in 2011 with a tongue-in-cheek episode on the ethics of cannibalism, and has been tackling kooky moral dilemmas in delightfully comical ways for almost 10 years. What do you do when your mother and father in law are swingers? Should you send a gang of bikers after a kid who stole your favorite hat? Bob's Burgers has the answer!

The hugely popular FOX sitcom is full of colorful characters that span the whole moral spectrum. Here is a list of ten of the characters' D&D moral alignments.

Linda - Chaotic Good

If only everyone had half of the enthusiasm as Linda Belcher has for life. Linda is a loving mother and devoted wife. She is consistently eager to help, whether she's scheming to solve crimes with her maybe-psychic powers, playing cupid for friends, or teaching the kids' independent study class in "Synchronized Swimming".

Linda is obsessed with dinner theater and even stages one at the restaurant to the confusion of the customers. When she's not up to her wacky antics, she's usually singing loud and proud to anybody who will listen.

Bob - True Neutral

"Listen, you’re my children and I love you, but you’re all terrible." Bob Belcher is well meaning but overworked father and business owner. While full of his own quirks, Bob is far more bland and sensible than the rest of his family. He is hard working, but his morals tend to waver when it comes to his family or the success of his restaurant. In the episode "The Moody Foodie", he holds a food critic hostage after his cruel reviews ruin local businesses. Usually Bob is more focused on his 'burger of the day' and running the restaurant than getting up to anything too exciting.

Tina - Lawful Good

She may be an odd duck with her "erotic friend fiction" and horse obsession, but Tina is one of the good ones. What she lacks in social skills, she makes up for in heart. Tina makes mistakes like any teen, but has a strong moral compass and prefers following the rules to breaking them. She is a star hall monitor and struggles with letting Zeke sneak out to visit his sick grandmother.

In the episode "Tinarannosaurus Wrecks",  after wrecking Bob's car when he lets her drive in the parking lot, she panics at the idea of lying to the insurance company and ends up spilling the beans.

Mr. Fichoeder - Chaotic Evil

Local business mogul and Bob's landlord, Calvin Fichoeder is "one white cat away from being a super villain". Mr. Fichoeder is a wealthy entrepreneur who owns most of the town, including the Wonder Wharf amusement park. He is frequently guilty of ignoring problems to save money. The attractions constantly break down or injure patrons and pieces of wood and screws can be seen flying off of the rickety rollercoaster "The Screamicane". Greedy and ruthless, he even instigated a water balloon war between his tenants, encouraging them to turn on Bob to compete for lower rent.

Mr. Frond - Lawful Neutral

Phillip Frond is the easily flustered school guidance counselor employed at Wagstaff. He loves knitting, cats, and therapy dolls, and he takes his job as school counselor very, very seriously. Mr. Frond is a stickler for rules, though that often means making up his own rather following the ones in place. He is ambitious and regularly seeks to take more power than he has at the school, though not necessarily for evil. In the episode "The Runway Club", he is in charge of Saturday detention, and starts a new "Scared Fabulous" program, meant to rehabilitate the kids through fashion.

Gene - Chaotic Good

Gene Belcher is the flamboyant and boisterous middle child of the Belcher family. Gene is kind and extremely affectionate, and has a close relationship with his mother and sisters. Like Linda, Gene is happiest when he's in the limelight and he tends to need a lot of attention. When he's not playing pranks on his family like "freezer Frankenstein!" seen in "The Gayle Tales", one of his favorite hobbies is making music with a keyboard programmed with recorded farts, squeaks, and barks. He also enjoys dressing as his hamburger-clad alter ego "Beefsquatch".

Jimmy Pesto - Neutral Evil

Jimmy Pesto may be good-looking and confident, but that's where the positive qualities stop. He is rude to his employees, distant with his children, and just plain mean in his competition with Bob.

A fellow restaurateur and Bob's arch nemesis, Jimmy Pesto runs the pizzeria across the street from the Belcher family and does his best to make Bob's life as annoying as possible. He isn't even particularly creative with his rivalry, content with slinging petty insults, writing "BOBSUX" as his initials in the Burgerboss arcade game, and cheating at the game show "Family Fracas".

Louise - Chaotic Neutral

Prone to fierce emotional outbursts, Louise is a firecracker of a 9-year-old who is always hatching a new plan. She is very clever, energetic, and mischievous, constantly bargaining her way into getting things that she wants with skills that would make cars salesmen and politicians proud. Louise is definitely not a rule follower, but she's not specifically out to hurt people unless they've hurt her first, like Logan in "Ear-sy Rider". Despite her shaky morals, she will give up her selfish desires in order to protect her siblings, and even - gasp - just because it's the right thing to do.

Hugo - Lawful Evil

Hugo is the bitter health inspector assigned to Bob's restaurant. He is focused heavily on rules and regulation, but routinely takes them too far, stretching them to fit his own agenda. Hugo will write a fine, give a bad rating, or close the Belcher restaurant down for the slightest violation, while letting Jimmy Pesto slide for having mold on his walls. "Just put a little bleach on it." His grudge against Bob is personal and most likely because Hugo was briefly engaged to Linda before she met Bob, and he secretly hopes to one day win her back.

Gayle - Chaotic Neutral

Gayle is Linda's unstable younger sister and the town's resident "crazy cat lady". Gayle is just, well, Gayle. She truly lives in her own little world. Gayle is naive and highly emotional when challenged in any way at all, especially when it has to do with her eccentric art pieces or her cats. She once ate lipstick to "feel red inside". She is also prone to anxiety and paranoia that makes her act out in strange ways, such as sleeping in a tent in her living room every night and pretending that it is the end of the world.
