With four episodes remaining in season 12 of the popular animated series Bob's Burgers, all eyes turn to see how the beloved Belchers will conclude their respective storylines, including the way in which Linda Belcher deals with her mean school bully, Tammy Larsen.

While there are many memorable antagonists on Bob's Burgers, only an elite selection rise to the label of an official villain due to their overall longevity, incessant criminal behavior, evil intent to bring Bob's hamburger business down, and mean, amoral behavior exhibited by Gene, Louise, and Tina's young classmates. Those looking for the cream of the crop baddies are in the right place.

Hugo Habercore

Hugo points at Bob in the kitchen in Bob's Burgers

Hugo Habercore is the militant health inspector who makes Bob's life a living hell every time he examines the restaurant. Much of Hugo's disdain for Bob comes from being previously engaged to Linda, using his jealous rage to fuel his vengeance. He also uses his job to humiliate Bob at all times. Even Bob Belcher's best puns are no match for Hugo.

Whether he's forcing Bob to eat a dirty sandwich wrap against his will to prove a point, blowing up petty grievances into major offenses, or generally being a tyrant, Hugo is one of the longest recurring villains on the show. However, between moonlighting as a nudist and saving Bob during the Lobster Fest, Hugo isn't as heartless as some of the other antagonists.

Robber

Robber holds up a gun in the diner in Bob's Burgers

At first blush, the masked stick-up man referred to as "Robber" appears to be a wild criminal ready to take hostages at gunpoint. He storms into Bob's restaurant and robs him with a gun to his head, takes all of their cash, and dashes for the door. Yet, before he leaves, he randomly bursts into a song and dances with Linda, making the other customers think the robbery was a grand charade.

The next day, Robber shows up at the restaurant, unmasked, and pleads to perform the song and dance number again in front of customers. Bob declines and Robber sticks him up at gunpoint again, only to be chased and arrested on the street. All things considered, Robber's a pretty innocuous criminal who was more funny than dangerous.

Tammy Larsen

Louise and Tammy walk together by boxes in Bob's Burgers

Painted as a typical popular mean girl at school, Tammy Larsen immediately blackmails Louise when she discovers her erotic fiction and continues to be a bad influence on her over time. Later, Tammy forces Louise to sneak out late at night after making her steal alcohol from her parents, and when Louise finally sticks up for herself, Tammy embarrassed her in front of the entire school.

Over time, Tammy slowly becomes more of a frenemy to Louise, sometimes giving her hints of respect as a friendly equal. Still, she's one of the most obnoxious rivals who, despite allowing Louise to pursue a boy they both have a crush on, is pretty vile for her age.

Millie Frock

Louise and Millie face each other outside in Bob's Burgers

In her very first episode, the obsessive and toxic Bob's Burgers character Millie Frock kidnaps the Belcher children and holds them against their will. As such, she's the only person Louise fears at school. Driven by a compulsion to be Louise's friend, she goes about it in the creepiest way possible.

Thankfully, Millie shows a modicum of remorse when she thinks the kids are buried beneath a semi-truck. This proves Millie isn't pure evil, although her brainwashing attempt of Louise during Millie's run for class president ended in wickedly strangling a classmate with her hair braids. Manipulative and bizarre at times, Millie does not have malice in her heart. She's just lonely and wants to have friends.

Logan Bush

Logan pushes Louise in the snow in Bob's Burgers

As one of Louise's primary foes, Logan Bush is a more meanspirited schoolyard bully than Millie. He steals Millie's hat, refuses to return it, and lets her believe it got burned in a fire. Later, Logan constantly harasses Louise when they start working together, berating her verbally and relentlessly.

Later on, Logan chases Louise and Gene after rotten fruit is accidentally dropped on him, forcing them into a corner and threatening to put them in the Reverse Norwegian Stinkhold, which makes Louise cry. More cruel and dangerous than Millie, Logan is an antagonist nobody wants to run into on the show, especially when he's launching ice balls instead of snowballs in wintertime. But as mean as he is, Logan is one of the best characters introduced after season 1.

Calvin & Felix Fischoeder

Calvin and Felix stand in the diner together in Bob's Burgers

While trumping each other at certain times, it's hard to separate brothers Calvin and Felix Fischoeder, as they're largely two sides of the same villain in Bob's Burgers. Calvin is Bob's immoral landlord who bribes Bob at will and uses his vast wealth to manipulate others, including children, to do his bidding. In one of Fischoeder's best episodes, Calvin retains his wealth by rigging the games at his Wonder Wharf amusement park.

While Felix is usually Calvin's underling, in terms of villainy, he is driven to near murder when Calvin refuses to sell the Wonder Wharf, holding his own brother and Bob hostage at gunpoint below the docks as the tide comes in. Attempted murder is pretty harsh, even for an irreverent cartoon.

Jimmy Pesto

Jimmy scowls at Bob in Bob's Burgers

Although some villains may be eviler in their actions, Jimmy Pesto is written to be Bob's number one archenemy on the show. Indeed, Bob's primary rival serves as a character foil for much of the story, being in many ways everything he wants to be but is not. But underneath his successful facade, Jimmy is a neglectful parent, deceitful liar, and portrayed as a sordid sexual deviant without an ounce of ethics.

While he doesn't resort to murder like some others, Jimmy does go out of his way to harass Bob and instigate nasty confrontations that usually belittle Bob and make him feel bad about himself. Yet, over time, he shows moments of tenderness as well, which makes him a middle-of-the-pack baddie.

Fanny

Fanny points a gun under the docks in Bob's Burgers

Fanny is portrayed as a materialistic gold-digger willing to do anything in her power to enrich herself. She dates Felix only because he has money to pay for her expensive outfits, which she wears on stage as a self-aggrandizing diva. When Felix doesn't give her enough attention, she verbally abuses him in front of everyone with no remorse.

While that hardly constitutes top-flight villainy, when Felix couldn't sell Wonder Wharf, she went absolutely ballistic, grabbed a gun, and threatened to kill Calvin and the whole Belcher family for failing to obtain the money from the sale. That's pretty outrageous, although at least she didn't pull the trigger.

Helen

Helen is mouth agape in Bob's Burgers

If attempted murder ranks high, actual unconfirmed murder registers as a more villainous offense. In Bob's Burgers, Helen downright tossed her husband Larry off a pier, although she was never officially charged and the death was ruled an accident. She was heavily implied as guilty, however, which is consistent with her habit of spiking Bob's hot chocolate with painkillers.

At the end of the episode, "Houstrap," Bob finds a buried toolbox with a hammer and two nails, which all but confirms Helen loosened the pier railing that led to Larry's death. It's hard to top that level of betrayal.

Captain Flarty

Captain Flarty stand by a deck hand in Bob's Burgers

The most memorable villain on Bob's Burgers has to be Captain Flarty, the wicked seaman who visits the restaurant and falls in love with its burgers. After inviting Bob to be his private chef on his cruise ship, Bob refuses, prompting Flarty to take the entire Belcher family out to sea, where he reveals his vile nature.

Flarty becomes increasingly unhinged on the boat, kidnaps Bob, and later reveals that his entire crew is made up of captives forced against their will, including his previous chef who has nearly died from exhaustion. The odious cult-like figure is cruel, inhumane, and way more wicked than just about every other Bob's Burgers villain.
