Some original members of the Full House cast have reacted to Bob Saget's death. Fans were shocked when news broke out that the comedian and actor passed away suddenly at age 65. The beloved comedian was well known for voicing the older version of Ted Mosby for in How I Met Your Mother, and being the host of America's Funniest Home Videos from 1989 to 1997. But while he appeared in many other projects, Saget's biggest role was playing Danny Tanner in the hit sitcom Full House and its Netflix spin-off, Fuller House. 

According to reports, Saget passed away on January 9 at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando in Florida. The Sheriff's Department and the fire department reportedly responded to a call from the hotel around 4PM ET, after the actor was found unconscious in his room. TMZ reports that Saget was pronounced dead on the scene, however the cause of death has not been released. The Medical Examiner's Office is expected to make an official announcement about Saget's death at a later date.

Not long after news broke out that Saget has passed away, some of his Full House castmates took to their respective official Twitter accounts to react to the tragedy. John Stamos, who played Uncle Jesse Katsopolis in the hit sitcom expressed his shock and grief, saying that he "will never ever have another friend like [Saget]." Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, who both alternately played Michelle, released an official statement honoring their late onscreen father as "the most loving, compassionate and generous man," and said they were "thinking of his daughters, wife and family." Meanwhile, Candace Cameron Bure, who played Saget's on-screen daughter, DJ Tanner, also shared her reaction to the devastating news, tweeting that he's "one of the best human beings I've ever known in my life." Joey  Gladstone actor, Dave Coulier proclaimed his love for Saget. Read the posts below:

During his long legacy in TV comedy, Saget was most recently a contestant on The Masked Singer. Prior to his death, the comedian was in Jacksonville doing a stand-up show as part of his I Don't Do Negative tour. In his last post on Twitter, Saget even celebrated the event and audience, sharing his happiness over doing live shows again and saying that he was "happily addicted" to performing. Based on his comments, it seems that Saget's last gig was a very positive one.

At the time of writing, the rest of the Full House and Fuller House cast has yet to publicly react to Saget's death. However, many other former co-stars, friends and loved ones have taken to social media to pay tribute to the late comedian and actor. The posts have praised Saget's warmth, unrivalled humor and kindess, in a testament to the actor's incredible impact on his industry, audiences and those who were close to him.
