An incredibly talented artist has stunningly recreated Bloodborne's Hunter's Dream hub in a painting. FromSoftware's 2015 Sony exclusive has managed to maintain a strong player base over the last six years and was the most played PC game in spring of 2021 on the PlayStation Now streaming service.

The impact Bloodborne has left on the gaming community is undeniable and fans have continuously hoped for new content since The Old Hunters DLC. While the game can be played on the PS5 thanks to the console's backwards compatibility, players still hope that an upgraded version will come to the current-gen system. Until that becomes a reality or a sequel is announced, however, fans will continue to be the main reason Bloodborne stays relevant. Modders and dataminers have actually been making new content for the game by reusing and polishing cut elements buried in the game's files. Meanwhile fans whose skills lie in more traditional means of artistic expression add to the legacy of FromSoftware's gothic title with beautiful creations of their own.

Reddit user MapleFoxArt recently posted a series of images depicting their latest artwork inspired by Bloodborne. It is a recreation of the Hunter's Dream, the game's primary hub, in acrylic on canvas, and is set in a frame that is decorated with Caryll Runes, the symbols that act as upgrades in the game. The piece received an incredible amount of praise in the post's comments and MapleFoxArt thanked everyone for their support.

This is not the first gaming inspired painting this artist has created, and it is not even their first Bloodborne inspired picture either. The focus of MapleFoxArt's work seems centered on video game locations, as they have recreated settings from other series such as Dishonored and The Witcher. As far as Bloodborne is concerned, MapleFoxArt also did a piece showcasing the Fishing Hamlet from The Old Hunters DLC prior to their Hunter's Dream painting.

Given the frequency with which this artist manages to put out these incredible pieces, which seems to be once per month, it is likely there will be many more on the way. Since MapleFoxArt recently recreated some settings from Bloodborne, there is a good chance that some settings from sibling series Dark Souls might be planned as well. Fans would be immensely excited if there were real paintings of the painted worlds found in that franchise. It would be fitting for MapleFoxArt to create an actual Painted World of Ariamis or Ariandel, given their history.
