An impressive cosplay turns one dedicated Bloodborne fan into Eileen the Crow, a dedicated and deadly Hunter of Hunters. FromSoftware's action role-playing title, released back in 2015, brought players to the gothic horror world of Yharnam and tasked them with defeating truly unsettling monstrosities. With rumors of an upcoming Bloodborne PC port, gamers continue to pay tribute to the grotesque PlayStation 4 classic.

Following in the footsteps of FromSoftware's previous action role-playing games, such as Demon's Souls and Dark Souls, the horrifically gothic Bloodborne stands out as a unique beast. Rather than the dark fantasy settings used in those previous titles, Bloodborne takes players to the city of Yharnam while it suffers from a deadly beast plague. The streets are lined with insane mobs, and even more terrifying threats present themselves as players progress further. Gameplay was also revolutionized, with Dark Souls' emphasis on defensive and deliberation replaced by a focus on speed and aggression. Bloodborne's combat also evolved thanks to trick weapons, which can assume different forms based on the needs of the wielder.

A talented cosplayer named teoteo710 has revealed a supremely accurate Eileen the Crow cosplay, bringing to life one of Bloodborne's most beloved non-player characters. Like most characters, Eileen is an optional encounter, with players having to seek her out throughout Yharnam's darker corners. Even still she is a staple of the action RPG, recognizable due to her thick accent and unique birdlike outfit. teoteo710's cosplay, shared by The Art of Video Games, comes complete with Eileen's iconic beaked mask and feathered cape. Every detail, down to the Hunter of Hunters' gloves and hat, are unflinchingly accurate to FromSoftware's game.

Many gamers continue visiting the dark streets and deep catacombs of Yharnam, yearning for a potential sequel to the gothic adventure. This may yet come to fruition, as recent rumors suggest that Bluepoint Games is developing Bloodborne 2 for release on the PlayStation 5. The studio, recently acquired by PlayStation, has become well-known for remaking classic games such as Shadow of the Colossus. The developer's latest release was a PlayStation 5 remake of Demon's Souls, FromSoftware's first game of the "soulsborne" genre. Bluepoint's experience with FromSoftware's action role-playing games lends some credibility to the rumor that they will next take charge of the Bloodborne franchise.

Bloodborne's unmistakable gothic style, interesting characters, and intense combat have helped it remain relevant years after its release. Among the title's collection of strange supporting characters, Eileen the Crow stands out as a particularly memorable and melancholy member of the cast. Her unique design and interesting role in Bloodborne's lore have touched the hearts of many fans. By perfectly recreating her design as a real-world cosplay, teoteo710 has created a lovely tribute to Bloodborne's Hunter of Hunters.
