Christine Chiu is the break-out star of Bling Empire. Her extravagance, blunt nature, and love the drama she has brought to the show. Coupled with the wholesome family content with Baby G and Gabe, she is a rising reality star. Recently the 38-year-old did share concerns over her in-laws watching the show. Here is why.
Christine Chiu is the epitome of glamour. From her high jewelry collection to the Armani sponsored baby shower for Baby G, she has glamour down to a tee. Her big personality and love for all things sparkly did get her in trouble at times, especially with Anna. There was an incident when she wore the same jewelry piece that she knew that Anna had at her party to rub it in her face. Anna did not receive this well and placed Christine in the worst place at the party. Her portrayal on the show has not been the best as she is competitive and tends to want to one-up others, especially Anna. There have been wholesome moments, however, with Baby G and Gabe, that has shown their family dynamic. When Christine and Gabe were discussing having more kids by surrogacy, they even called Gabe’s parents. Christine opened about how important her in-law’s opinion is to her so what they think of the show will mean a lot to her.
According to US Weekly, the fabulous mom-of-one commented on her portrayal on the show saying, “I think the show really just showed one aspect of who I am. I think it really highlighted one slice of my personality, one slice of my life,” hopefully if there is a next season Christine will be able to show all her sides. Christine is worried about how she has been shown on the show and acknowledged that the scenes with Anna Shay were “difficult” as she never meant to “cause tension or to hurt someone’s feelings.” In the interview with the publication, she did accept accountability for her actions and “regrets hurting anyone’s feeling.”
Christine has not spoken to her in-laws since the show aired. Hopefully, when they do watch the show, they will love it just as much as the fans already do. Despite what her in-laws may think, Christine is glad that she can be a part of such a huge show. Christine and Gabe have reiterated that they are partners and no matter what happens they will weather the storm as they have done so in the past.
Viewers cannot wait to see where the Bling Empire will go from its phenomenal season debut. The cast members are unforgettable, and it will be exciting to continue following their journey.
