A newly revealed Black Panther clip gives us our best look yet at Wakanda's elite special forces unit, the Dora Milaje, in action. This is the second full-length clip Marvel has released, with the first featuring a car chase that focused in on T'Challa, his younger sister Shuri, and some of the wild new abilities the Panther Habit sports in the film. Black Panther won't be the only powerful fighter in the movie, of course.

In the comics, the Dora Milaje were female warriors who not only functioned as Wakandan Black Ops and the Black Panther's personal bodyguard, but also served as wives-in-training for the king. Thankfully, the big screen adaptation will be dropping that creepy bit at the end, choosing instead to focus on their badass fighting skills.

In the clip above, it looks like Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman) and his allies have teamed up with CIA operative Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) to lay a trap for the villainous Ulysses Klaue (Andy Serkis). When their cover is blown, the room quickly devolves into chaos. Bullets fly, bodies are dropping, and sure enough, T'Challa and the Dora Milaje are kicking ass all over the place.

While the clip is a ton of fun, we can't help but wonder why Klaue is attempting to make a diamond transaction in the first place. Didn't he become a multi-billionaire in Age of Ultron after selling a boatload of vibranium to the titular villain? Unless he somehow managed to squander all that cash in the years since, it looks like Klaue needs to start thinking bigger. While he's at it, he may also want to invest in some advanced tech to arm his goons with, because after seeing them get effortlessly torn apart by the Dora Milaje, this villain appears to be badly outgunned.

Two members of the Dora Milaje in particular -- Okeye (Dora Milaje) and Nakia (Lupita Nyong'o) -- are given their time to shine in the clip. One of the biggest takeaways from the film's first wave of social media reactions was the widespread praise for Black Panther's empowering female characters, with many calling them the highlight of the movie. In our visit to the movie's set last year, the cast was quick to stress that there would be no damsels in distress amongst the women of Black Panther. With awesome characters like Nakia, Okeye, and Letitia Wright's Shuri leading the charge, it's easy to see why.
