Another season is underway in Call Of Duty Black Ops: Cold War and that means a new battle pass and prestige levels to grind out. While you can gain experience by doing just about anything in the game, there are ways that can speed up that process. One of the primary ways to prestige faster is by tackling all of the different challenges in the game.

Not only are there the main challenges from the base game but three daily challenges are given out every day for 2500 XP apiece. On top of both of those types of challenges, there are seasonal challenges that can gain players an additional 3000 XP as they are completed. A lot of these challenges can be completed just by playing the game, but some are more specific and will require particular loadouts to finish. Any weapon challenges that are completed also reward XP so try out some different weapons and see what works best. Here are other ways to prestige in season 3 of Call Of Duty Black Ops: Cold War.

Black Ops Cold War: Nuketown 24/7 Playlist

It may not be everybody's favorite map, but there's a reason this playlist is one of the only ones that has constantly stayed in the rotation. Nuketown is the smallest map in the game meaning players are always running into each other, gaining kills and experience at an increased rate. This is the perfect map to knock out weapon and camo challenges for quick and easy XP gains every match. If XP is the main goal, Nuketown 24/7 is the place to achieve that goal.

Play Objective-Based Game Modes In Black Ops Cold War

Many players stick to basic deathmatch modes like Team Deathmatch and Free-For-All but those aren't the best modes for gaining XP. Playing more objective-focused modes such as domination, hardpoint, and moshpit can net additional XP for focusing on the objectives rather than kills. So if players aren't the best at beating people to the trigger, they can still gain more experience by beating players to the objectives. For players who are great at PVP, playing objective-based will gain them even more experience on top of what they are gaining from getting kills.

The Battle Pass In Black Ops Cold War

This method is one that is a bit harder to convince people to do because it has to be bought. Buying the battle pass will automatically net players an extra 10% XP for the rest of the season. That's already a big enough increase to put it on this list. With the battle pass, you also gain tokens as you progress that award players with an extra weapon and player XP that last anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. So owning the battle pass will passively net players more experience without doing anything at all so it's a huge bonus to have to get prestige this season.

Skill goes a long way to leveling up in Black Ops Cold War considering the better you do, the more experience you gain. With these tips, regardless of skill, players should be able to hit prestige faster in season 3.
