Warning! Spoilers for Death of Doctor Strange: X-Men/Black Knight #1 by Marvel Comics

The X-Men and the Black Knight are about to clash, but the meeting isn't as exciting as mutant superfan Jacks Chopra expected. In a new preview for Death of Doctor Strange: X-Men/Black Knight #1 by Marvel Comics, Chopra (with Dane Whitman in her ear) is called into action as London is overtaken by a giant storm that's engulfed the city. As she prepares to tackle the problem head-on, Marvel's Black Knight reveals she is a massive fan of the X-Men, who have taken on monstrous forms.

Dane Whitman is currently adjusting to sharing the powers of the Black Knight after learning about his long-lost daughter Jacks Chopra during the Curse of the Ebony Blade miniseries. Whitman and Chopra take turns as the Black Knight, as the other stays behind to help balance the Ebony Blade's dark power. There's been renewed interest in Whitman's Black Knight recently after the character recently made his live-action debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Eternals. Game of Thrones alumn Kit Harrington played Whitman in the Chloe Zhao-directed epic. Now, the Black Knights are trying to save the X-Men as the world falls apart after Doctor Strange's death.

In a brand new preview of Death of Doctor Strange: X-Men/Black Knight #1 (H/T Comic FX) by Si Spurrier, Bob Quinn, Israel Silva, and VC's Cory Petit, Jacks Chopra's Black Knight flies into the center of a magical storm in London. She tells Dane Whitman that she wants the record to show she's been a huge X-Men fan for some time. Black Knight brags that she was an X-Fanatix club member since she was nine years old. Shee promises nothing can eat the X-Men and survive in her presence.

As she enters the Storm, Dane Whitman makes they're on the same page with how to proceed in the dangerous situation. Right as Chorpa tells Dane it's probably not a super complicated mission, she enters the storm and sees demonic versions of the X-Men in the chaos. Before being pulled away by a mysterious voice, Chopra says the scene is nothing like the X-Men's Swimsuit Special.

Black Knight X-Fanatix membership, and her references to the X-Men Swimsuit Special make the hero one of Marvel's biggest X-Men fans. It's got to be a bit of a bummer for Jacks that the X-Men she meets have been turned into demons - but hopefully, Dane Whitman can introduce her to the mutants after the situation is resolved. Death of Doctor Strange: X-Men/Black Knight #1 by Marvel Comics is in comic book stores on Wednesday.
