Black Adam Is More A Hero Than Villain In The DC Universe

Black Adam might be best known as a villain in the DC Universe, but his recent comic book adventures have strongly suggested he's actually much closer to being a hero. Between fighting alongside the Justice League and being an important ally in the fight against Pariah and Deathstroke, Teth-Adam joining the side of the heroes ultimately swayed the cosmic battle in their favor - even if his teammates in the battle didn't fully trust him when it began.

While the DC heroes welcome Black Adam back to their side with open arms after the battle, with Superman even saying he proved doubters who thought he didn't belong in the Justice League wrong, the antihero doesn't embrace being called a hero. Instead, Black Adam tells the Man of Steel he doesn't care if anyone doubts him and that he's "not one of you," claiming he only helped to save the world. He even threatens Superman with war if he gets in his way - which the hero smiles off alongside Jon Kent.

Black Adam sharing his powers and helping defeat Deathstroke by aligning with the heroes settles once and for all that he is a hero in the DC Universe. However, given Black Adam's violent nature, that status is subject to change, as his unpredictable actions could easily make him a foe to the Justice League once again and soon.
