On April 19 and 20, Blac Chyna took the stand in her trial and testified against The Kardashians, and though her testimony has already been recorded, she is requesting to take the stand again. The relationship between Chyna and Rob Kardashian began in January 2016 and moved very quickly. Though the couple's relationship was a shock to many, their love for each other was seemingly strong. But once their love was tested, the strong bond was lost and several situations arose, including alleged physical altercations and revenge pornography social media posts.

These instances are now being discussed in the trial between the famous reality TV family and Chyna, and when she took the stand and was questioned about certain events in her relationship, she began to cry. Michael Rhodes, the lawyer for the KarJenners, inquired about the restraining order the model had put out against Rob after he posted explicit images of Chyna online. The Kardashians' lawyer also inquired about the star's appearance on Good Morning America, where she spoke about the posted images and made it a point to note that Rob would have to respect the restraining order he was served. While the questions were already a lot for the star, the situation became overwhelming when Chyna was shown the explicit images while delivering her testimony. A while after this point, Chyna asked to take a break from the session.

The KarJenner family has also had opportunities to take the stand, and they have made several incriminatory claims against Chyna. Since then, according to TMZ, Chyna's legal team filed court documents to request another chance for the star to testify; they also requested that any testimonies made after the star saw her images be rescinded and removed from the records. The team argued that when the lawyer presented the images to Chyna while she was on the stand, the star was triggered and therefore could not provide a substantial testimony. Her team attributed Chyna's tears to panic and said that her state of emotional distress caused her to lose her composure and, as a result, she was unable to answer simple questions and, even though she was granted a break, she was not the same afterward.

Chyna's legal team also alleged that the stunt pulled by the Kardashians' lawyer goes against prior orders of the court that were put in place to prevent a situation like this. The famous family is not phased by the request from Chyna's team. In response to the request, the KarJenners have filed their own court document that says Chyna should not be allowed to give a new testimony, and they believe the request is "absolutely ridiculous." They believe that Chyna is trying to right her wrongs, seeing that "she apparently floundered under pressure during cross-examination." The family also said Chyna spent 11 hours on the stand and believed the filed request from her team was strategic since the Kardashians have "filed for a directed verdict on the damages issue, which would bypass the jury and leave that up to the judge."

The Kardashians family has been making strong claims against Chyna since they have taken the stand and accused her of physically harming both of her ex-boyfriends, Rob and rapper Tyga. They also continued to double down that they played no parts in having the reality show Rob & Chyna canceled. Since taking the stand, the KarJenners have requested the dismissal of the trial; a decision on this has not yet been given by the court.
