Blac Chyna still isn't afraid of The Kardashians and is taking the famous family to court to get back the millions she feels she's owed. Chyna has a tarnished history with the KarJenners dating back years. Things ended horribly in 2017 despite Chyna and Rob Kardashian welcoming daughter Dream Kardashian to the family. Despite how close she once was with the KarJenners, Chyna hasn't backed down from pursuing legal action against her daughter's family.

Rob and Chyna had one of the messiest breakups in Hollywood history. It resulted in a slew of domestic violence allegations as well as a revenge porn case that could've put Rob in jail. Despite all the drama, Rob and Chyna reached a custody agreement for Dream, and Rob decided to drop his lawsuit against her in February. However, Chyna hasn't dropped her lawsuit against Kris and Kylie Jenner and Kim and Khloé Kardashian. Chyna is accusing the four family members of conspiring to get her short-lived show, Rob & Chyna, canceled and stiffed her on the $1 million she was set to receive.

Kris and her daughters are adamant that they had nothing to do with the show being canceled. Despite denying the allegations, Chyna isn't backing down. She has worked hard to get the case taken to trial, where a jury is now hearing arguments from both sides in order to determine a verdict. While many would avoid going against the Kardashians in court, Chyna is showing how fearless she is against the family. Ahead of the trial, Chyna took to Twitter to release a statement explaining her legal pursuit against her daughter's family. "When they got my #1 hit show killed back in January 2017, that not only hurt me financially and emotionally, that hurt my beautiful KIDS," Chyna wrote in her social media statement.

She went on to explain why she was taking the Kardashian-Jenners to court, saying she plans to “stand up for my legal rights." The mother of two also wants to "be an example" to her son King Cairo, 9, and daughter Dream Renée, 5, "that ‘what’s right is right, what’s wrong is wrong,'" she wrote. Chyna believes that "what they did was so wrong,” and she plans to fight Kris and her daughters to the very end. The trial has unearthed many shocking revelations about Chyna and the KarJenners. Chyna has seemingly downplayed Rob's domestic violence allegations against her while accusing Kris and her daughters of fabricating claims to get her canceled.

Kris has revealed claims of Chyna allegedly threatening to kill Kylie when Tyga moved on from Chyna with the then-teenager. Kris is also being accused of making racially insensitive statements toward Chyna. The Kardashians remain a united front amid the ongoing trial. Nonetheless, Chyna and her legal team are coming up with receipts full of statements to try and prove Chyna's claims of being blacklisted by the powerhouse reality family. If Chyna is victorious in the case, it'll make her one of the few to fearlessly go after the KarJenners and win.
