Blac Chyna copied Kylie Jenner's birthday look by wearing the same exact dress to the MTV's Video Music Awards. This weekend The Real Blac Chyna star wore the exact dress worn by Kylie in Italy when she celebrated turning 22-years-old.
Angela Renée White, who is better known as Blac Chyna, is an American model, entrepreneur, and reality TV star. While attending college, she decided to try her hand at stripping and reportedly liked it so much she dropped out and did it full time. Since then, she's made a career out of stripping, modeling, and then as a reality TV star. Back in 2014, she launched her own make-up brand Lashed by Blac Chyna and even owns a beauty salon in Los Angeles.
Blac has a complicated history with Keeping Up with the Kardashian star Kylie, as Blac was dating rapper Tyga and had their child together, King Cairo Stevenson, and then were engaged to be married. That was all called off as Tyga reportedly left the engagement with Blac for Kylie back in 2014. The whole Kardashian family got involved in a Twitter feud that involved mutual friend Amber Rose. Then, Blac went on to date Kylie's half-brother, Keeping Up with the Kardashian star Rob Kardashian, which reportedly felt like a huge betrayal to the Kardashian/Jenner family. Blac and Rob had a brief marriage between 2016 and 2017, which resulted in the birth of their daughter, now 2-year-old Dream Renee Kardashian. During the time Dream was introduced into the family was the only time the Kardashian family welcomed Blac into their family. According to People, Blac attended the VMA where she wore the familiar feathery pink minidress designed by Attico that Kylie fans were quick to point out that Kylie had worn on August 10, just two weeks ago, during her birthday bash in Europe. Kylie had paired the Attico dress with a present from her rapper boyfriend Travis Scott - a chain necklace in the shape of her signature lip-drop, Kylie Cosmetics logo, dripping in diamonds. Blac paired the strapless dress with her dark curls, a diamond necklace, earrings, and matching strappy pink pumps on the red carpet. Even though the pair wore the same dress within weeks of each other for very different occasions, the two had very different outcomes to their occasions. Blac reportedly had a drunken argument with a fan at the VMAs that led to her being escorted out of the award show.
With Kylie and Blac's tumultuous and complicated relationship, it seems these two women are on good terms as Kylie is Dream's aunt and Dream and Kylie's daughter - Stormi are cousins. The matching dresses might add more complication to the relationship, but it looks like Kylie has bigger things to worry about than who may be copying her style.
