Dancer Whitney Way Thore from My Big Fat Fabulous Life is clapping back at critics who have been attacking her new relationship on social media. The TLC star just started season 9 of her hit show and recently revealed she found love again. But more than one mean follower felt it was okay to mock her relationship, claiming the mystery man was ashamed of her.

Whitney has had anything but an easy love life, thanks to her nefarious relationships with Mr. Wrong. Fans first watched as she was scammed by a man who was actually engaged to be married. Then she fell in love with Chase Severino, who, in the end, broke her heart after she found out he had cheated on her and fathered another child. TLC fans felt Whitney was never going to recover from such a hit, but low and behold, she recently revealed that she found love in the city of lights. But sadly, it seems not everyone is happy for the TLC personality.

Whitney took to her Instagram page to share some moving words after she had one too many followers mock her current relationship, writing, "I wish I could put this relationship into words, but honestly, it’s all been a blur." The Whitney addressed the plethora of comments and direct messages she received since she shared her good news. Whitney revealed that critics have been telling her that the mystery man is ashamed of her and her weight, and that he doesn't care about her. The TLC star reiterated that she just spent six magical weeks in France, where the couple strolled through Paris often and in public. Whitney re-shared a photo of them at the Eiffel Tower, noting that the landmark was a popular destination with millions of people, yet the French teacher was not embarrassed. Whitney's boyfriend asked that his identity not be revealed because he doesn't want to be on TV or the Internet. Many fans understood that there’s a big difference between being in public with someone versus choosing to put your identity on display on TV.

Whitney shared with her fans that she has had eight serious relationships in her life, but the public has only seen three of those. The cat mom made it clear that she had been left brokenhearted, been loved and, above all, knew she deserved to be loved. Whitney, who has always been an avid supporter of body positivity, let her fans and critics alike know that if they felt that they couldn't be loved because of their size or other reasons, they shouldn't project those doubts onto her, especially because Whitney has been putting herself out there and trying to enjoy the life she has been given.
