The drama seems to never end with the Big Brother houseguests. Terrance Higgins from season 24 is allegedly considering suing his fellow houseguest, Indy Santos. Both Terrance and Indy competed inside the Big Brother house together this past summer before later reuniting inside the jury house.Following their time secluded inside the house, many Big Brother players have gained social media followings, including Indy. With her newfound social media presence, Indy has been doing live videos discussing her time on the show. According to Cheat Sheet, Indy recently took to Instagram live to discuss Terrance's behaviors and actions throughout the summer, as well as the things he has said since the conclusion of the season. Indy ultimately described Terrance as "disgusting."Related: Which Big Brother Players Fans Want To See On A Third All-Star Season

Terrance Is Allegedly Suing Indy For Her Comments

Initially, when Big Brother star Terrance got word of what Indy was saying about him, he laughed it off. Then, after some thought, he considered taking legal action. In an allegedly since-deleted tweet, Terrance wrote, “I laughed off the situation but, after looking deeper at what was said. I do believe legal action is necessary. I have a copy of both videos and both will be used in this matter." Indy, who recently interviewed Paloma Augliar on Instagram, did speak out following Terrance's alleged response. In a recent tweet, the former houseguest explained that her social media content has nothing to do with the Big Brother game but rather real-life issues.

This indirect battle between Indy and Terrance has become a hot topic among Big Brother fans on social media. Many agreed with Indy's response to Terrance. However, it came as quite a shock that Terrance would even think about suing Indy for defamation, especially since there is evidence of his alleged behavior from the Big Brother live feeds. This disagreement between the two also sparked the conversation of casting for future seasons. Most long-time viewers want to see changes made in future Big Brother seasons, especially within the casting for the show. With these changes, fans hope issues like these will be less common among the cast.

Since Terrence has since deleted his tweet claiming to take legal action against Indy, it can be assumed that he will not go through with it. While fans do enjoy the drama that unfolds throughout a Big Brother season, real-life drama following the conclusion of a season is much more serious. Here's hoping Indy and Terrance can work out their differences without involving legal action.
