Delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the All-Stars edition premiered in August. Big Brother seasons 23 and 24 premiered on July 7 and July 6, respectively.
Big Brother Could Fill CBS Schedule If Writers' Strike Continues
CinemaBlend pointed out that a later Big Brother 25 start would push the finale later into the fall. This could help CBS fill their schedule if the Writers' Guild of America (WGA) writers' strike affects fall programming. If the season begins in mid-July, then the finale would most likely air in early October rather than mid-to-late September.
