Paloma Aguilar has made a subtle return to social media following her short-lived stay inside the Big Brother house. Paloma was cast as a part of season 24 of Big Brother; however, she ultimately spent less than one week inside the house. Not long before the first live eviction of the summer, the houseguests learned the news that Paloma had self-evicted from the game.
Coming into the house, Paloma was ready to play a strong game. She went head first into the competition. Unfortunately, this did not go well for Paloma as she quickly became a controversial player. Many fans accused Paloma of being the mastermind behind much of the bullying towards fellow houseguest Taylor Hale. Paloma felt that Taylor was not a "girl's girl," which led to Taylor becoming the number one target in the Big Brother house. Despite being nominated with the intent of being sent home, Taylor managed to survive eviction thanks to Paloma's sudden departure. Neither Taylor nor any other houseguests went home during the first week.
It has been over a week since Paloma returned home from her short-lived Big Brother stint. Although she has mostly remained quiet since leaving the house, Paloma subtly made a return to social media. One week after shaking up the Big Brother game for the remaining houseguests, Paloma quietly returned to social media by commenting on a fan's TikTok video. According to Cinema Blend, Paloma left a comment on two different videos posted by TikTok user @itsalightobsession. The user is allegedly a big fan of Big Brother, as most of their videos revolve around the current season. The first video Paloma commented on was the user's first impression of Paloma prior to the season. Paloma wrote, "Aw, you were nice once upon a time. I hope you can realize this is reality TV and they spin a narrative - take care of yourself girl."
Paloma did not stop there with her return to social media. She later commented on yet another TikTok video posted by the same user. In this video, the user shared numerous Big Brother live feed clips in which Paloma's mental health was perceived as worrisome. In the comments section of this post, Paloma admitted that she was not doing well while living inside the house. She explained, "I genuinely lost touch with reality because my brain went into overdrive & had a mental break." Paloma went on to thank the user for sharing the video, which gave some insight into what she was dealing with inside the house.
Aside from these two comments on TikTok, Paloma has remained silent since leaving the Big Brother house early. Oddly enough, the user who shared both TikTok videos that led to Paloma's social media return does not have a large following. This made her return even more discrete; however, now that she has spoken out, Paloma will more than likely release an official statement regarding her shocking Big Brother exit in the near future.
