Nicole Franzel had to prove her strength to production in order to be on Big Brother after being vocal about her battle with anxiety on social media. In April, Nicole shared a lengthy post to Instagram opening up about her battle with panic attacks. The Big Brother alum revealed that for two years, she lived in a constant state of anxiety. She felt this way because she was worried another panic attack would soon occur.

Many times, Nicole found herself in the emergency room to ensure nothing was truly wrong. At the time, Nicole could not go anywhere alone. She ended up spending her days sleeping, crying and praying. Now after all this time, she is the happiest she has ever been.

As Big Brother's Nicole prepares for the birth of her first son this summer, she took some time to talk with fans on Instagram and answer their questions. In a game of "Never Have I Ever" a fan questioned if Nicole has ever regretted something she posted on social media. Nicole started off her response by explaining that she is typically a very private person. Therefore, no matter what it is that she posted, she will tend to question it. Prior to returning to Big Brother for the All-Stars season, Nicole had been open about her battle with anxiety on social media. This sparked a fear in the production team. They began to worry if she was going to be able to handle another summer inside the house. Nicole explained, "I had to convince them that I am strong enough, which I was absolutely strong enough." She even admitted that she managed to be inside the house all summer without receiving one Xanax the entire time.

Still responding to the same question, Nicole went on to share her realization that she did not begin to get panic attacks until after her season on The Amazing Race; therefore, she feels that being on reality TV in some way caused her anxiety. Throughout the Q&A, Nicole also admitted that she is done with reality TV for good. Nicole said, "Dancing With The Stars I would definitely do because I don't really count that...like it's not drama. And I'd probably do Survivor, I guess." Last year at this time, Nicole was "so pumped" to be going back on TV. Now if she was offered to go back on TV, she would give the option an "absolute, definite no." Her mindset has nothing to do with her pregnancy but rather the drama that the shows ultimately brought to her life, such as the Big Brother alum's ongoing feud with Janelle Pierzina or the backlash she received for her recent wedding.

Despite being a private person, Nicole did admit that she would be open to doing a show revolving around her day to day life with her husband and fellow Big Brother alum Victor Arroyo. Even Victor was surprised to hear that Nicole would be open to doing this, but Nicole claims that they live such a funny lifestyle that filming a show would come easily for them. Perhaps Big Brother fans will get a new reality show out of Nicole and Victor in the near future.
