Big Brother alum and past winner Mike "Boogie" Malin has been found guilty of felony stalking fellow alum Dr. Will Kirby. Mike has been sentenced to two years of probation. This sentencing comes after he was arrested back in August of 2019. He was later arrested again in November of 2020 in Las Vegas for driving under the influence.

For those who are not familiar with the Big Brother legends, Mike, better known as "Boogie" amongst the fandom, first competed inside the BB house during the second season of the show. During this season, Mike competed alongside fellow BB legend Dr. Will Kirby, who went on to win the season. Mike returned for season 7, which he ultimately ended up winning. He later came back to the house for a third time during season 14, initially playing as a coach.

While Mike and Will were an inseparable duo on the show, Will is now begging Mike for some space, 20 years later. According to Us Weekly, Mike was just sentenced to two years of probation after he was found guilty of felony stalking his former co-star. When Mike was first arrested for stalking Will, he pled not guilty; however, he later changed his initial plea to "'nolo contendere,' or no contest. " In doing so, Mike "waived his right to a trial." Mike later appeared in court back in April, during which he was given two years of probation.

In addition to the probational period, Mike will also have to "spend three days in a Los Angeles County jail, pay a total of $70 in fees and serve 30 days in a residential treatment program that has been selected for him." Lastly, Mike will be forced to pay "$300 restitution to the court" as well as "make restitution" to Will, the victim. This amount will later be determined at Mike's hearing. Mike will be expected to complete 160 hours of community service. As for Dr. Will Kirby, who currently works as a dermatologist, he will not be seeing his former housemate any time soon. He was initially granted a restraining order from Mike back in 2019; however, he has since been "granted an additional 10-year restraining order preventing Malin from coming near him, his family or any of the 66 LaserAway clinics."

These legal troubles are not a first for the former Big Brother star. Mike first found himself caught up with the law back in 2011, five years after he won half a million dollars. At the time, Mike was being sued for embezzlement. He was ultimately ordered to pay $800,000, well over all of his Big Brother earnings combined. Since then, Mike has grown quite the list of legal troubles. It is unknown when Mike's hearing for his felony stalking case will take place.
