Tiffany Mitchell has won the eighth Head of Household competition on Big Brother 23, which followed Derek Xiao's eviction by a vote of 5-2. After playing one of the best games in the season, Derek X. has unfortunately been evicted from the house. It seemed clear that HOH Sarah Beth would go after Derek X. and/or Hannah Chaddha, but a little push from Kyland Young solidified Derek X. as her target for the week.

After the newly-introduced High Roller's Room twist ended up putting Xavier Prather on the block, some houseguests hoped that he'd be a big enough target to get evicted from the BB23 house. However, Xavier won the Power of Veto and used it on himself, which ultimately sealed Derek X.'s fate as the back-door target of the week. Unsurprisingly, the players took the shot to take out a strong competition beast like Derek X. from the game. Now, the house will have an entirely new configuration with a brand-new Head of Household.

Tiffany has now become the eighth Head of Household on Big Brother 23, and it will shake things up even more. This is a pivotal moment for HOHs to make big moves and take out real threats from the game. With that said, it is likely that Tiff will go after Sarah Beth this week. SB had been throwing Hannah's name out for a few weeks, and she was now responsible for putting up Derek X. and Claire on the block. It is very clear that Sarah Beth will be Tiffany's main target at this point in the game. On the other hand, in the event that Sarah Beth somehow gains immunity this week, Tiffany could take out an easier target like Alyssa instead. Judging by her behavior last week, it seems like Tiff wants to take a shot at a big player, perhaps even someone within the Cookout. But it is unlikely that she would take that particular shot right now.

Only a few players will have enough BB Bucks to play on this week's Coin of Destiny competition inside the High Roller's Room. The Coin of Destiny comp will work as follows: the players who have accumulated $250 BB Bucks will get to compete in a game of skill. The winner of that game will guess the result of a coin toss. If guessed correctly, that player will be able to overthrow the HOH's nominations this week. With that in mind, the forecasted targets from this week's Head of Household could change entirely depending on who'll win the Coin of Destiny comp.

We have a few guesses regarding which houseguests might get targeted on BB23 this week, but the Coin of Destiny inside the High Roller's Room could change the game entirely. There's also the Power of Veto competition coming up, which can always change the outcome of the week and introduce other back-door options. All things considered, this will be another very eventful week on Big Brother 23.
