Sarah Beth Steagall has won the seventh Head of Household competition on Big Brother 23, which followed Britini D'Angelo's eviction by a vote of 7-1. BB23 has been an incredibly eventful season full of twists and gameplay. So far, the season has had five Heads of Household: Brandon Frenchie, Xavier Prather, Derek Xiao, and Kyland Young (twice). Ky had a lot of potential targets for week 6, but his plan wasn't made clear until the Veto Ceremony took place.

Kyland's second HOH reign on Big Brother 23 started out with Claire Rehfuss as his main target. In turn, Ky entrusted Derek Frazier to be a pawn for him on the block. As the week went on, however, Tiffany Mitchell convinced Kyland that she could still manage Claire and they could work with her. This prompted Ky to target Britini D'Angelo instead, thus taking out yet another Joker from the game.

Now, Sarah Beth has become the seventh Head of Household of BB23. Sarah has been concerned about Hannah since the season started, so it is very likely that she'll be a big target this week. In turn, Derek X put SB on the block during his HOH, so it'd actually make some sense for Sarah Beth to target Hannah and Derek X as a duo. Otherwise, Tiffany has tried to flip the vote against Sarah Beth in previous weeks, so she's another option for SB to potentially target. However, if the High Roller's Room powers grant immunity to one or more of those targets, Sarah Beth could choose to put up someone like Azah or Derek F on the block as pawns.

The High Roller's Room twist has certainly made the game even more interesting during this jury phase of Big Brother 23. With more BB Bucks being handed out to the players, they will soon be able to play in other competitions that have other game-changing powers. Certain houseguests are now playing Big Brother taking jury management into consideration, but most of them are honestly just trying to stay alive in the game. Now that everyone is aware of the powers granted in the High Roller's Room, it is possible that more power moves will be made in week 7.

It's still too early on BB23 for anyone to forecast winners and losers. Xavier is arguably in the best position in the house at the moment, but things could change. Derek X and Kyland grew the targets on them during their recent HOH reigns, so expect power shifts to follow.
