Warning! Spoilers for the Sunday, July 18 episode of Big Brother 23 below!

Brandon "Frenchie" French revealed on the Big Brother live feeds that he is considering self evicting from the show. Both fans and houseguests feel Frenchie has been playing the game too hard too fast, which has ultimately caused him to not only get caught in numerous lies but also to go on a downward spiral.

On night one inside the house, Frenchie not only won the title of being one of four team captains, he was also the first houseguest to win the reign of Head of Household. While this first reign of power tends to be pretty simple, Frenchie's HOH was nothing but chaotic. He promised nearly half of the house safety, and his main target changed numerous times throughout the week. After his reign came to an end, Frenchie found himself going from having the power to sitting on the block. Current HOH Kyland Young nominated Frenchie alongside Britini D'Angelo.

Frenchie, like any other nominee, was not happy about being on the block. After losing the veto competition, Frenchie knew he would still be on the block come eviction night. It sent him into yet another downward spiral, this time nearly ending in a self-eviction. Live feed viewers caught a conversation between Frenchie and his fellow alliance member Derek Fraizer Saturday night in which Frenchie admitted he was thinking about self-evicting. Derek tried to convince Frenchie not to do it; however, Frenchie was very adamant about his decision. Fan Twitter account @JokersBBUpdates recapped the discussion with a tweet reading, "He says he doesn't want to risk getting evicted and being stuck in a hotel for multiple weeks in the event of a battle back." Derek pleaded that Frenchie at least "sleep on it" before making a decision.

As of this writing, Frenchie has not self-evicted from the game. He was seen on the live feeds early Sunday as he washed dishes in the kitchen with Derek. Following their talk Saturday night, Derek has continued to check in on Frenchie to see how he is feeling. Since he is convinced that he will be evicted on Thursday night, Frenchie has asked his fellow houseguests to not say mean things in their goodbye messages because his kids are watching. Just 24 hours prior to this conversation, Frenchie was claiming the show would be ruined without him. He was even under the impression that production was going to do whatever they could to keep him on the show, such as adding another America's Vote twist.

What Frenchie does not know is there will more than likely not be a battle back competition prior to the jury. The season's first evictee, Travis Long, was already spotted flying home to Hawaii following his eviction last Thursday. If production did intend to bring one of the first four or five evictees back into the Big Brother game, Travis would still be sequestered.

Big Brother 23 airs Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8pm on CBS.
