Big Brother season 24 houseguest Joseph Abdin went to go shoot an episode for The Bold And The Beautiful, claiming those two experiences made him “definitely interested” in acting more. Before acting, Joseph graduated from Florida State University College of Law in order to become an attorney. On Big Brother, he also discussed his career as a personal trainer.
In an interview with Us Weekly, Joseph opened up about his experience participating with fellow Big Brother contestants Taylor Hale and Monte Taylor for a cameo in B&B. He explained how he really enjoyed his time filming for the show and “had a great experience.” He furthered his thoughts by explaining the new opportunities that have been presented to him since Big Brother season 24, including acting, and how he isn’t opposed to “pursuing more.” He discussed how the CBS soap opera gave him a line that “really enjoyed” and he found the setup “hilarious.”
Joseph Abdin Is Balancing Law & Acting
On top of becoming more interested in acting, Joseph told Us Weekly since returning home to Florida he is refocusing his energy on law as well. He explained how he was originally planning on taking an “uniform bar exam” that would grant him the ability to participate in law outside of Florida. However, since Big Brother, Joseph is navigating between careers in order to find a solid idea. Not to mention, Joseph is also back to focusing on working out and his fitness. As of right now, he is seeking a “healthy balance” with all the new beginnings for him since Big Brother and B&B along with his goal of becoming attorney.
When participating on Big Brother, Joseph was one of the fan favorites. Thus, if he participated in acting for more shows, reality TV or not, fans would seemingly support his endeavors. Considering how challenging it was to be on Big Brother season 24, at least the fans can see Joseph along with Monte and Taylor in something more fun.
Finding balance between careers can be difficult, especially when there are multiple options to juggle. However, now that he is home in Florida, maybe he will be more able to soul search and plan with Joseph's family by his side. Hopefully, Joseph can find that balance he is searching for and can come back better than ever since the end of Big Brother season 24. It seems as though he already has a loose plan in mind in order to achieve this goal, but he appears flexible to change and growth.
