Janelle Pierzina is thrashing Kevin Campbell's gameplay and overall demeanor on Big Brother 22: All-Stars, but Kevin's BB11 co-star Chima Simone came to his defense and struck back at Janelle. In 2009, Kevin and Chima competed together on Big Brother 11. That season's twist divided the houseguests into four "cliques": the Athletes, the Brains, the Off-Beat, and the Populars. Kevin was part of the Off-Beat clique, while Chima was incorporated into the Brains clique. Despite being in different groups, it is safe to say that Kevin and Chima were allies throughout the season.

Prior to Big Brother 22, Janelle wasn't exactly that familiar with Kevin. She had watched BB11 when it aired over a decade ago, but they didn't seem to run in the same circles as other former houseguests. When they saw each other inside the BB22 house, Kevin was admittedly overwhelmed to be competing against a legendary player that he's admired for most of his life. However, the game didn't help Janelle and Kevin to connect. Instead, they both misread each other's social cues and game intentions. Since her eviction, Janelle has been pretty vocal about her distaste for Kevin's game strategy and overall attitude.

In a tweet (seen below) sent on Monday, September 14, Janelle Pierzina shared a clip from Big Brother 11 that showed Kevin Campbell fighting back against Ronnie Talbott. "Why can't this Kevin show up?" Janelle wondered, "The new Kevin is such a whining b*tch." Janelle's fans ate up the Queen of Big Brother's statement, but Kevin's BB11 co-star Chima Simone had something to say about her remarks. Chima's response read, "This was 10+ years ago. It's called growth. You're not the same competitor you were over a decade ago. If you were, you'd still be in the house & could call him that to his face. But you wouldn't - and didn’t when you had the chance. Enough with b*tch comments. Enough."

There's been a lot of frustration among Big Brother: All-Stars fans with Kevin Campbell's gameplay so far. With that said, it was expected that Kevin's friends and former co-stars would eventually come to his defense given the heavy online crutiny that is being sent his way. In fairness, Kevin got to the Final 3 on BB11. On BB22, he has already won a Power of Veto competition and had another nomination vetoed by Da'Vonne - which is a testament to his often-criticized social game.

Hopefully, Janelle and Kevin will be able to hash things out once they're both out in the world. For now, the fans can just keep monitoring the interactions happening between prominent BB alumni on social media while Kevin plays the All-Stars game.
