For many months, fans weren't sure if Big Brother 22 was going to happen due to COVID-19 stopping production on many shows. But when host Julie Chen Moonves confirmed that this season would be moving ahead as an All-Stars edition, the first since Big Brother 7 in 2006, fans had their say on who they believed should be included as an All-Star. Although many fan favorites were speculated to be appearing as houseguests this season, viewers did not know who would be moving into the house until the live premiere on Wednesday, August 5.

Among the All-Stars entering the house this season was fan-favorite Janelle Pierzina, who finished third on BB6 and BB7: All-Stars before returning on BB14, where she finished in 12th place. Joining her in the house was Nicole Franzel, who finished seventh on BB16 and won BB18. Many fans and viewers of the show were not pleased to see the return of Nicole F., and it seems Janelle felt the same. This may have come as a shock to some viewers since Janelle and Nicole seemed to be friendly to each other when competing together on The Amazing Race 31. What exactly went wrong between the two?

On the live feeds, Janelle talked with Da'Vonne and Kevin about her beef with Nicole F. and stated that their feud stems from competing on The Amazing Race 31. On the season, Nicole and Victor (BB18) back-stabbed Rachel Reilly (BB13) and Elissa Slater (BB15), who were also competing. According to Janelle, Nicole and Victor, her then-boyfriend and now fiancé, heard that they were going to be u-turned by another team. To avoid that, Rachel told Nicole to be careful. In turn, Nicole and Victor went to another team that was competing in the race and said they needed to get rid of Rachel and Elissa. After that, Janelle stopped trusting and liking Nicole. The full conversation can be seen in the video below:

It seems that Janelle's dislike of her upon entering the house came as a surprise to Nicole, as she thought that they were friends going into the house. She even wanted to work with Janelle. But as time went on, Nicole didn't seem to care that Janelle didn't like her, even going so far as to uninvite Janelle to her wedding in the goodbye message played for Janelle after she was evicted. That didn't seem to bother Janelle though, since just a few days after her eviction, she blasted the "cheap" wedding invitation that she received for Nicole and Victor's wedding.

There is certainly no love lost between Janelle and Nicole. It seems the two will likely never be friends outside of the game. While Janelle was evicted during week three of the game, Nicole is still in the house. Viewers will have to continue tuning into Big Brother 22: All-Stars to see how far she will make it in the game. One thing is for certain, Janelle will not be attending Nicole and Victor's wedding, nor does it seem like will she have a relationship with Nicole outside of the house.
