Warning! SPOILERS for Big Brother 23 below!

The Big Brother houseguests are currently in week three of the season's new High Roller's twist. Within this twist, fans at home have the opportunity to vote for their favorite houseguests. Then, each week, the houseguests are rewarded with BB Bucks in an amount that depends on how many votes they received. They can earn either 50, 75, or 100 BB Bucks.

Inside the new High Roller's Room, the houseguests have the opportunity to compete in one of three casino games. In doing so, they must cash in a certain amount of their BB Bucks, depending on the game they play. The better the reward, the higher the cost.  So far, the Veto Derby was played and won by Kyland Young. Then, the following week, Alyssa Lopez won the Chopping Block Roulette, earning herself safety for the week. Both of these casino games are now out of play.

The only remaining casino game where the houseguests can cash in their BB Bucks is the Coin of Destiny. This game costs 250 BB Bucks. A lot of the players have been opting out of the other games in order to save up for this game. Last week, Derek Xiao chose to not compete for safety, despite production allegedly encouraging him to do so, in an effort to save up for the Coin of Destiny. Unfortunately, he was evicted before he could play. On Friday night, the live feeds were down for quite some time so that each houseguest could head to the High Roller's Room to unveil their BB Bucks total. When feeds did return later that night, live-feed viewers learned Claire Rehfuss won the Coin of Destiny, according to the Big Brother spoiler account on Instagram, @realitytvupdates.

Although it is unclear which houseguests also competed in the Coin of Destiny, not all of the players would have had enough BB Bucks to partake, even with their earnings from the fans' votes as well as the secret amounts they received during Thursday night's Head of Household competition. It was confirmed that Claire won the power based on conversations seen on the live feeds.  With Claire's new power, she was able to overthrow the HOH reign this week. The Cookout alliance member, Tiffany Mitchell, won her first HOH reign on Thursday. She initially nominated Sarah Beth Steagall and Kyland Young. Xavier Prather is also on the block as a third nominee due to a punishment he received during last week's veto competition. Claire chose to keep these nominations the same. Although Claire allegedly told Tiffany about her win, Claire's newfound power is kept a secret from the house.

It was rumored amongst live-feed viewers that Tiffany was forced to move out of the Head of Household room and the room is to be locked for the remainder of the week. There was also talk that both Claire and Tiffany will be allowed to compete in the next Head of Household competition. However, Claire must throw the competition because she can't have power two weeks in a row, but her reign is also intended to be kept a secret. None of this has been confirmed. Fans will have to tune into the Sunday, August 29 episode to find out all of the details of Claire's secret Head of Household takeover.
