Big Brother's Dan Gheesling is officially a father of three. He and his wife Chelsea welcomed their third child together earlier this week. Dan and Chelsea have two other children together and recently celebrated their 10-year anniversary.
Dan was first introduced to the world of Big Brother during season 10 back in 2008. The then-Catholic school teacher went on to win the half a million dollar grand prize. He later returned to the Big Brother house as a coach for season 14. At the conclusion of the season, Dan once again found himself in the final two on finale night. He came close to becoming the first ever two-time winner on the show; however, he fell short in a 6-1 jury vote to Ian Terry.
Now, the season 10 winner has another big win in his life. Dan took to Instagram early Wednesday to announce the arrival of his third child. He shared a photo of himself, his wife Chelsea and their newborn baby taken from the hospital. Dan wrote, "We’re so excited to welcome Celine to our family." He assured fans that both the baby and his wife are healthy while also thanking everyone for their kind messages. Dan later told E! News that they had opted out of finding out the gender of their third child prior to her birth. He said, "We are just happy to have another baby." Following his Big Brother season 10 win, Dan not only married Chelsea but also welcomed two sons into the world. Their third child now makes Desmond, 5, and Miles, 3 both older brothers.
Dan and Chelsea are excited to bring baby Celine home to meet her brothers. Both Desmond and Miles are excited to take on the roles of big brother. The parents of three are both nervous and excited to watch their sons adapt to having a new baby in the house. Dan gushed, "They're great kids so it will be fun to experience." On the Instagram post, Dan and Chelsea received a ton of love and support from some of Dan's fellow Big Brother alum. Love came flooding in from past players such as Christmas Abbott, Memphis Garrett, Jessica Nickson, Tyler Crispen and Britney Haynes. Dani Briones, who recently welcomed her second child, congratulated the parents of three as well. Even season 23 players such as Kyland Young and Tiffany Mitchell were found in the comments section.
Dan and Chelsea have a lot to be thankful for this year as they celebrate the holidays as a family of five. Hopefully Dan saved some of his Big Brother earnings in preparation for growing his family. Congratulations to both Dan and his wife Chelsea.
