CBS has heightened the security on the Big Brother house due to the infamous wall yellers. Wall yellers are fans of the show that try to relay information from the real world to the houseguests from outside of the house. They will typically show up to the Big Brother house and scream things from the other side of the high walls that provide privacy and seclusion for the houseguests; hence the name, wall yellers.

The Big Brother house is located in stage 18 on a CBS lot in Los Angeles. To the disbelief of many fans, the show is not actually filmed inside a house. Instead, the houseguests live inside a sound stage that is designed to resembled a spacious home. Due to the many competitions that take place in the backyard, the houseguests have limited access to the outdoor area for a majority of the summer.

The drama does not just take place inside the Big Brother house. It goes on outside of the house as well. According to TMZ, CBS is upping their security on the Big Brother house in an effort to prevent unwanted wall yellers. Sources from within the show's production team informed the news outlet of "a group of ‘BB’ mega-fans who’ve made it tradition to head over to the CBS lot in Studio City where they film the series." The "mega-fans" will yell various things from the other side of the wall in an effort to get the attention of any or all houseguests that may be in the backyard in that moment. Unfortunately, this can be very detrimental to the overall game. In fact, last year during the All-Star season, wall yellers tried to expose Cody Calafiore and Nicole Franzel's game to the other players.

Since these wall yellers were ultimately successful in getting close enough to the wall to be able to yell to the houseguests last year, production is fearing this may happen again sometime soon. It stated, "there are now rumblings of a potential return for the current season ... and the studio wants to nip it in the bud before they try again." Because of this, CBS has decided to up the security on the lot drastically. There are "at least 5 bodyguards" wondering the premise at all times to keep an eye out for these wall yellers. This heightened fear of a potential return of wall yellers comes from different discussions found on social media. There are members of production who scroll through social media in search of these conversations. They also "actively monitor some socials of prior trouble makers -- including one from last year to whom they sent a cease and desist letter."

Production is not the only ones who get bothered by the interruption of wall yellers. Many past players are against it as well. In fact, season 17, 18 and 22's Da'Vonne Rogers previously urged fans to stop encouraging these wall yellers to return to the house. Although they are simply huge fans of the show, these wall yellers can ultimately alter the entire outcome of a season depending on what information that successfully relay to the houseguests.
