Nicole Franzel may not have won the All Star season of Big Brother, but she did capture the attention of rapper Cardi B. Cardi B used a gif of Nicole from inside the Big Brother house in a recent Tweet. Following her third season on the show, Nicole has received much backlash from fans. Most recently, she deleted her Twitter account following claims made by America's Favorite Houseguest, Da'Vonne, that Nicole had hid from her inside the house.
Nicole has spent three summers inside the Big Brother house. While she only took home the half a million-dollar grand prize once, she came pretty close to being the first contestant to ever win twice this past season. Following the All Star season, Nicole returned to her everyday life to which she was flooded with negativity and hate for her actions on the show. Upon her dramatic exit on finale night and return home to fiancé Victor, Nicole took some time away from social media to focus on herself. She later returned, thanking haters for influencing the positive changes she has made in her life.
Big Brother viewers may not be a huge fan of Nicole, but Cardi B might be. Cardi B used a gif of Nicole in one of her recent tweets. She used the gif in response to a tweet that explained that Cardi's reign as the female artist with "the most #1 songs on US Apple Music" has just been extended. Cardi wrote, "we did it," before including the gif. The gif was from season 20 of Big Brother. While Nicole did not actually compete during this season, she and Victor returned to the house for Victor's surprise proposal to Nicole. Big Brother fans were shocked to see Nicole Franzel in Cardi B's tweet. While some actually love seeing gifs of former Big Brother contestants used by celebrities despite who the contestant may be, others were not happy that Nicole got this type of recognition. One Reddit user joked that this will only grow Nicole's ego even larger. The replies to Cardi B's tweet regarding the choice of gif varied. Some were excited for Nicole, calling her a "queen," while others were disappointed that of all the gifs on the internet Cardi chose to use this one. A few fans even begged Cardi to use a different gif. It is unknown if Cardi B even truly knows who Nicole Franzel is or if the gif just fit her tweet better than the others.
Whether Big Brother fans love or hate Nicole Franzel, they have to admit that being featured in one of Cardi B's tweets is pretty cool. Nicole has yet to comment on Cardi B's tweet as she most likely hasn't seen it since she deleted her account.
