Playing Big Brother is all about finding and keeping allies, but only a select few alliances were able to dominate the game from start to finish and bulldozed the rest of the competition. The fans of Big Brother always hope to watch a summer that is full of power struggles and strong players. With that said, certain alliances in the past have managed to run the game by their own rules.

While it can be pretty uneventful for viewers to keep up with extremely dominant alliances on Big Brother, longtime lovers of the game always hold an appreciation for the alliances that do manage to pull off a nearly-unbeatable strategy and end blindsiding every single opponent of theirs left in the season. More often than not, the game of Big Brother finds a way to switch power from one side to another - but the best alliances were those that expertly adapted into every obstacle that came up on the show.

5. Level Six (Big Brother 20)

Angela Rummans and Tyler Crispen on Big Brother 20

As an alliance, Level Six wasn't exactly perfect, but it did rule pretty much the entirety of Big Brother 20. Overall, the success of Level Six was heavily reliant on Kaycee Clark's social game and Tyler Crispen's strategic skillset. Kaycee, Tyler, and Angela Rummans almost got to the end together, but Angela was evicted due to an unlikely Head of Household victory from JC Mounduix in the Final 4. Nonetheless, Kaycee went on to win BB20, and runner-up Tyler was elected America's Favorite Houseguest.

4. The Renegades (Big Brother 10)

Memphis Garrett and Dan Gheesling on Big Brother 10 finale

There's no denying that the Renegades from Big Brother 10 are one of the strongest alliances in the history of the franchise. Together, the Renegades alliance members Dan Gheesing and Memphis Garrett took each other to the end, and (tragically) blindsided Keesha Smith in the Final 4 - resulting in one of the most shocking evictions in BB history. At the time, Dan got a lot more credit for the success of the Renegades than Memphis, but one cannot erase the fact that Memphis got a lot of blood on his hands in order to take this alliance to the end.

3. The Hitmen (Big Brother 16)

Between the Bomb Squad and the Detonators, the only alliance that really mattered and truly held all the power on Big Brother 16 was the Hitmen. While all the other houseguests wasted their time paying attention to chaotic players and weak alliances, Derrick Levasseur and Cody Calafiore were putting together the secret Hitmen alliance and plotting out the entire course of the game. Like the Renegades, both Derrick and Cody got to the Final 2, but it is clear that the Hitmen dominated the BB16 gameplay in an even stronger way than Dan and Memphis had.

2. The Brigade (Big Brother 12)

On Big Brother 12, the Brigade set up the blueprint for all the future dominant alliances that would steamroll the competition during the subsequent seasons of Big Brother. With Hayden Moss and Lane Elenburg, the Brigade had two nearly-unbeatable competition beasts. With Enzo Palumbo's top-tier social game, the Brigade was able to manipulate all the other players even when Hayden and Lane lost a competition or two. Together, Hayden, Lane, and Enzo got to the Final 3 - Hayden won, Lane finished as runner-up, and Enzo was cut right before the finale.

1. The Committee (Big Brother 22)

The fans can pretty much unanimously agree that Big Brother 22: All-Stars was a boring and slow season for everyone to keep up with, but the absolute dominance that the Committee alliance had over BB22 is still impressive and noteworthy. Created by Memphis Garrett and Cody Calafiore, the Committee also featured Nicole Franzel, Christmas Abbott, Tyler Crispen, and Daniele Donato Briones, and had Enzo Palumbo as an unofficial (but very real) associate. All seven of those people got to the Final 7. What's more, the Committee alliance members (plus Enzo) won every single competition on Big Brother 22, with the exception of two Power of Veto comps won by Kevin Campbell and Da'Vonne Rogers.
