A Big Brother 24 had just left the pre-jury phase - and, as expected, chaos enthused as plans backfired and fights pour out. Not only did the viewers see Nicole get outsmarted but Daniel also got evicted after failing to impress the other contestants too, ultimately meaning that two of the biggest players were taken out.

It was certainly full of entertaining moments. However, whether it has proven to be as entertaining as all the others seems to be up for debate. While some pre-jury portions of a particular season are underwhelming, others are filled with great drama. Whether it is because there has been a greater chance for fights, blindsides or big moves, these seasons did not disappoint with their pre-jury phases.

Big Brother 24

The most recent season of Big Brother just entered the jury phase and had a pretty strong first couple of weeks. The first half of this season has been headlined by blindsides and foolish moves, such as Paloma leaving the game on her own accord and Pooch foolishly volunteering to go on the block (which resulted in his eviction).

In another moment that shocked all, Daniel blindsided all the other contestants when he decided to use the veto as this ensured that his number one ally, Nicole, went home. The pre-jury phase of Big Brother 24 has set a precedent that, hopefully, the rest of the season follows.

Big Brother 12

Big Brother 12 started with a lot of question marks since everyone was scared of the saboteur. The first few weeks proved to be a great watch as there was lots of drama and classic Big Brother gameplay, with one of the most powerful alliances in history, The Brigade, formed in this pre-jury phase. However, there was a bit of a letdown as the saboteur, Annie, ended up being evicted first.

Still, that didn't mean that there weren't any redeeming factors as the producers managed to pull it back. Not only did Andrew expose Hayden and Kristen's showmance right before he was evicted, but it also led to Rachel's iconic "Floaters, you better grab a life vest" line. These two weeks caused lots of drama in the house, but ultimately, the Brigade survived.

Big Brother 5

Big Brother 5 was a historic season in many ways. It introduced the veto format that is still used today and had a twin twist.

The last week of the pre-jury phase was so exciting that it made up for the lackluster weeks prior. First off, the twin twist is revealed to the house, so Natalie finally entered the house as herself. The shock on the houseguests' faces when Natalie joined the cast was incredible. Then Nakomis conjured up the six-finger plan, which ensured that their target Jace would not play the veto and would be voted out. This created the successful strategy of the backdoor that is used frequently today.

Big Brother 7

Big Brother 7 was the first installment of all-stars. With the cast of characters this season had, it was no doubt that the first few weeks were great.

The pre-jury phase of this season was a masterclass by Will (who is one of the best winners of all time). He was looked at as the biggest target since he won the last time he played. However, he convinced the season 6 alliance to go after the floaters in the house. Will also convinced Kaysar, James, and Janelle (who were HOH in weeks two, three, and four, respectively) to not target Boogie or himself. This strategy proved why he was such a fantastic player in these few weeks.

Big Brother 16

Season 16 served as a rebranding of the show after the much controversial Big Brother 15. However, the rebranding did not affect the drama as the first few weeks were great television.

Big Brother 16's pre-jury phase is highlighted by Devin's implosion. He was the leader of The Bomb Squad alliance but got too power hungry when he won HOH in week two. A major blowup at a veto ceremony exposed Devin as a dictator, and he was evicted. It was just an example of one of the stories that kept fans entertained throughout.

Big Brother 14

Big Brother 14 started great when the coach's entered the house and Dan had to send extremely unlucky houseguest, Jodi, home on night one. However, if fans thought this was going to be the most dramatic moment, then they had seen nothing yet.

Not only did Ian play a great game at the start of this season by playing a "double agent" for two alliances, but a big exclamation point of this season's pre-jury was Willie's expulsion from the house as he tried to fight Joe. It also showed Dan and Brittany at their best, which fans were delighted to see since they often got overshadowed by the other major players. The only downside was that Janelle and Boogie were evicted too quickly, so the two legends did not play a great game.

The 10th season of Big Brother had an electric pre-jury phase. The season, as a whole, was known for its fights and the infamous "Keesha's Birthday argument."

This portion of the game started to get good when the entire house advocated for Jerry to backdoor Brian (who played way too hard too fast). After Angie left, tensions escalated further when Jessie started a big fight between Keesha, Libra, and April after he told April what they said about her. It was a chaotic couple of weeks.

Big Brother 11 was another case of entertaining fights happening very early in the season. These first few weeks were centered around Ronnie.

The house was split right down the middle as the first vote was a 5-5 tie and Jessie had to break the tie and send Braden home. There was a rouge vote and the house found out it was Ronnie who was playing both sides. This caused the entire house to be furious at him, and they screamed at him while he hid in his HOH room. Ronnie's story was a blueprint for future Big Brother players on what not to do within the pre-jury phase. His game blew up in a matter of days.

Big Brother 20

Big Brother 20's pre-jury phase was fantastic and full of blindsides (particularly since it saw The FOUTTE alliance get sent into a tailspin in this portion of the game).

Betrayal was seen to be the theme for the first couple of weeks as HOH Swaggy C was deceived by ally Kaitlyn after she voted for Sam to stay and evicted him in the final week. Winston and Rachel were blindsided, which no one saw coming. Also, in week four, Fessy pulled a classic Big Brother mistake when he won the veto but promised both nominees he would take them down. The FOUTTE alliance was its own worst enemy and these few weeks cemented its spot as one of the worst alliances ever.

Big Brother 6

One of the best pre-jury portion of the game was Big Brother 6 as this house was truly split down the middle and the power shifted every single week.

From the Friendship alliance being formed in week two, Eric's heated argument with Michael to Kaysar delivering one of the best lines in show history when he told Maggie, "No, I sealed your partner's (Eric) fate," there was a lot of iconic moments. However, the biggest shock came when Kaysar, who was voted back into the house, was blindsided and evicted again. All moments in these weeks were so unpredictable that fans just couldn't wait to see how everything unfolded.
