Big Brother stars Bayleigh Dayton and Swaggy C have quit Twitter after debating with Jodi Rollins over the leaked video of Evel Dick Donato saying the n-word in front of Rachel Reilly and Elissa Slater. It's been a very chaotic week for the BB fandom. Strangely, however, the ongoing mayhem has nothing to do with the four players who are fighting for the $500,000 grand prize inside the All-Stars house. On social media, certain Big Brother alumni are getting exposed, speaking their truth, doing rounds of apologies, or canceling problematic individuals. In any case, it is safe to say that a lot has been happening in the last few days.

Some say that the ongoing chaos started when BB18 and BB19 runner-up Paul Abrahamian leaked a video of Dick Donato saying the n-word during a live-stream that included Rachel Reilly and Elissa Slater. It is clear from the clip - and also from Evel Dick's response to the leak - that Rachel and Elissa did not condone his use of the word. They were visibly appalled and uncomfortable after hearing him say it. However, some fans still felt that Rachel and Elissa should've had an even bigger reaction to what they heard, and those negative comments prompted Rachel Reilly to quit Twitter.

On Sunday, October 18, Big Brother 14 alum Jodi Rollins sent out a tweet (seen below) sharing the original Screen Rant report regarding this situation. She said the following about Dick Donato, Rachel Reilly, and Elissa Slater: "I have met and/or hung out with all three of these people on multiple occasions and they have been nothing but kind and NOT racist." It must be noted that the original Screen Rant report never blamed Rachel or Elissa for Evel Dick's statements, but pointed out what the sisters have gone through as a result of his actions. Nonetheless, Bayleigh Dayton sent a tweet (seen below) questioning Jodi's forgiveness of Dick Donato. When Jodi said that Evel Dick apologized, Bayleigh replied: "You know for a fact he did not mean one ounce of that apology. Shame on you for publicly defending that trash. I looked up to you."

Some fans agreed with Bayleigh's message, but other fans pointed out that Bayleigh and Swaggy C also have Big Brother-related friendships with former houseguests who have also been accused of racist actions. These other fans were particularly disappointed with Bayleigh for saying "shame on you" and bringing up that she looked up (past tense) to Jodi, which implies that this is no longer the case. Despite the division in opinions among the fans, it seems like enough Twitter users sent negative comments to Bayleigh and Swaggy, to the point where they felt compelled to deactivate their Twitter accounts. On the morning of Tuesday, October 20, many fans woke up to the realization that both Bayleigh Dayton and Swaggy C have officially quit Twitter following these recent events.

It is very unfortunate that so many people are ultimately paying the price for chiming in on a situation that was started by Evel Dick's racist actions. Hopefully, Bayleigh, Swaggy, and Rachel are benefiting from taking a social media break. Meanwhile, Evel Dick is still an active social media user who is still putting out new episodes through his Dick @ Nite digital series this week.
