Big Brother 24 houseguests Alyssa Snider and Kyle Capener's complicated showmance ended just before he was evicted from the game, but now they have reconciled in the real world, and she thanked her followers for supporting them. Alyssa, a 24-year-old marketing representative from Sarasota, Florida, and Kyle, a 29-year-old TikTok star from Bountiful, Utah, began their showmance after Kyle tried to resist their romance in order to focus on his game. They eventually professed their love for each other, but Kyle was put in an increasingly uncomfortable position as he was often forced to choose between his Leftovers alliance and Alyssa. This tore the couple apart, along with Kyle's racial controversy during which he acknowledged that his implicit biases led him to believe that the people of color in the house (including his own alliance members) were forming a race-based alliance. Alyssa broke up with Kyle, but they did not rule out becoming a couple again in the future.
In an Instagram post, Alyssa revealed that she and Kyle are back together, and thanked everyone for supporting them as they move forward together outside the Big Brother house. Alyssa posted a series of photographs of her and Kyle from their trip to St. Augustine. They are hugging in almost every picture and look very happy together. Alyssa wrote, "We had so much fun in St. Augustine this past week! Boat tours, candle making (not our favorite because we both left with headaches {laughing emoji}), late night snack runs, pirate museum, and meeting tons of friendly people that are fans of the show!"

Alyssa went on to express her gratitude to her and Kyle's fans and looked toward the future, writing, "Thank you all for embracing us and this new chapter." She concluded the post by sharing that their next trip together will be to Oahu, Hawaii. She asked her followers to comment about some things that they should do while in The Aloha State.
When Alyssa was evicted from the Big Brother house, she said that she was unsure if she and Kyle would reconcile, but she did not close the door on their relationship. Now it seems as though they have worked through their issues and are enjoying each other's company. Kyle made a lot of mistakes, but none of them seemed to come from a place of malice. He is willing to learn from them, and that is the most important thing.
Big Brother showmances have led to couples getting married and having children. There are many great love stories that have come out of the game. Alyssa and Kyle felt an instant connection when they met, and they definitely have something special. Hopefully, this is just the beginning of their happily ever after.
