Notable past winners are sharing which player between Azah Awasum, Derek Frazier, and Xavier Prather they think should win the $750,000 grand prize at the grand finale of Big Brother 23. After 85 days of alliances, betrayals, competitions, and strategies, BB23 is coming to a historic end. With the Cookout achieving an all-Black final 6 and three players competing for two spots in the final 2 during the grand finale, the stakes couldn't be any higher right now.

As it is a tradition in the Big Brother community, past winners and contestants have been very active on social media sharing their thoughts on the current season. For the most part, past houseguests have been ecstatic about the Cookout's performance on the show. Many are calling the Cookout one of the best alliances in the history of the franchise, with special praise being sent to female players such as Tiffany Mitchell and Hannah Chadda.

In fact, this season has been so strong that it also featured several exciting players outside the Cookout alliance as well. Of note, fans and former houseguests seem particularly excited about people like Derek Xiao, Claire Rehfuss, and Christian Birkenberger, to name a few. Alas, the time has come to crown the winner of BB23, and past Big Brother winners are now commenting on who they think should join the winners' circle.

Cody Calafiore (BB22 Winner)

Fresh off his Big Brother 22: All-Stars win from 2020, Cody Calafiore told Us Weekly that he believes Xavier deserves to win BB23. Specifically, Cody praised the way Xavier placed "himself perfectly not only within the house but also within The Cookout." This won't be surprising to any fans who kept up with Cody and Derrick Levasseur's The Winner's Circle podcast on YouTube.

Derrick Levasseur (BB16 Winner)

Speaking of Big Brother 16 winner Derrick, he agrees with Cody that Xavier is the most deserving player to win BB23 at this point. Derrick believes that Tiffany was better at strategy and that Kyland was better at competitions, but he still credits Xavier as being "the best social player."

Rachel Reilly (BB13 Winner)

The always iconic Rachel Reilly is also rooting for Xavier to win Big Brother 23. In her statement, Rachel praised the way Xavier became best friends with most of his co-stars while also being a competition beast and having a strategic mindset. If the Final 2 comes down to Azah and Derek F., however, then Rachel thinks that "whoever got out X. should win."

Jun Song (BB4 Winner)

Jun Song is one of the most beloved Big Brother winners of all time. She won the show back on BB4, but she has remained a staple in the BB community. Jun also thinks Xavier should win this season. She particularly admires that Xavier "never actually strayed from his plans" since walking into the house.

BB15 winner Andy Herren is the only openly gay man to have ever won the show, so he knows a thing or two about representation. He is obviously excited about Big Brother getting its first-ever Black winner, and he does think Xavier is the most deserving winner. On the other hand, Andy is personally rooting for someone else: "I like Azah better and I really, really want her to win the final HOH, cut Xavier, and win the game."

Josh Martinez (BB19 Winner)
